Sea Breeze Cottage Cottage is a private, tropical, stand alone cottage located in the prestigious Truman Annex. 3 bedrooms 2 bath (King bed and Queen bed upstairs, twin beds (can be converted to a king) downstairs. Bathroom upstairs have double sinks and separate room with toilet and walk-in shower. Bathroom downstairs newly remodeled with walk-in shower, vanity w/sink and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Washer & Dryer with iron and ironing board. All towels & linens, including beach towels. Central air & ceiling fans. Sea Breeze living area has 2 double doors that opens to large covered deck with outdoor furniture seating for 6. Large covered deck upstairs off of queen bedroom with outdoor furniture seating for 6. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Hi speed internet Assigned parking for 1 vehicle. Large heated pool for Shipyard guests only. You are close to everything! Explore the Waterfront Park behind the complex. Take a stroll to the Waterfront Pier, watch sunsets and sailboats. Take a 10 min walk to Fort Zachary Park and Beach. Mallory Square where you can watch nightly Sunset Celebrations, local vendors and entertainment. Just 2 blks to Duval Street, for dining, shopping, night clubs and museums. You are steps away to the Truman Annex heated pool. Our Luxury Caribbean Cottage is Spacious & Quiet!! Our holiday stay at this private cottage... was perfection! The 3 bedrooms gave everyone in our party their own space and the outdoor (upper and lower) decks were exactly what we needed to wind down after a day full of Key West activities. Amenities were great, accessing the property & parking was simple, and communication with Jean was so easy before & during our trip. Thank you and we look forward to staying at your Truman Annex cottage in the future.

We come into town usually for a week in December each year for work, and this is the second time we've stayed at a Truman Annex home. Of the two we've stayed in, this was definitely the nicest. The house is very well maintained and spotless. The back porch and the balcony deck are great for relaxing after a long day. Very close access to the community pool, and all the fun stuff (especially the Green Parrot) is just a short walk down the street. I contacted the owner during our stay once and she answered immediately and helped us out. All in all, you can't beat this place for your next trip to Key West. Hopefully we'll be back next year!

The cottage was adorable, clean and the location was perfect. We only used bikes and were close to everything. Fort Zachary is right behind the complex and Duval 2 blocks up. We walked to Blue Heaven for breakfast. Owners are great.

The house was beautiful and central to everywhere we wanted to go. Any questions that came up, Jean answered us pretty quickly. Our stay was wonderful, the house and accommodations made it feel like our home away from home during our stay. When we come back to Key West we will definitely be looking to book with them again!

We loved this house!! Plenty of room, very clean and one very important thing to my husband and I are comfortable beds which they did not disappoint!!! Area is quiet and we loved it was a cottage not connected to another property. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

The property was exactly as advertised and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. We were just a couple of blocks away from Duval and were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted. Fantastic place to stay! Very short walking distance to everything . House was very clean and well maintained. Better than pictured. Jean was very responsive to any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon.

This 3 bedroom cottage in Truman Annex is the best location for walking/biking access to all our favorite activities in Key West. Ft Zachary Taylor beach, downtown and a great kids park. Fury snorkeling and jet ski rental departure point was a 10 minute walk away. I recommend both! The cottage was spacious and beds were comfortable - perfect for our family get together. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions! Thanks!

The whole Truman area was beautiful and the house was very nice! We loved the outside sitting area and spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed being within walking distance of many of the places that we wanted to go. We also appreciated being able to have a parking spot for the golf cart that we rented. The pool was our only disappointment due to its small size and the atmosphere. There were never any chairs available and many of the people in the pool were not very welcoming or friendly. There were also a lot of pool rules to follow!

We had a great stay! The house was everything it said it was and more. Very clean and location is awesome. Close to everything . We rented bikes and everything was within a 10 minute ride. Close to the beach, sunsets and Duval!!

The property was very clean. The location was amazing. Mallory square is about a 15 minute walk. Fort Zachary Taylor beach and state park where about a 10 minute walk. Duval street is only about two blocks away. The pool and the grounds where beautiful. I think my favorite thing was sitting on the lower and upper decks in the mornings drinking my tea. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here when I come back to visit key west.

My family and I travel a lot. Our experiences with different lodging has been extensive. The Sea Breeze Cottage is lovely! The location is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a very short walk away from all the activity of Duvall ! The property , itself, is very comfortable and convenient. Owner was very responsive to my questions, never making me feel like they were silly questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location as advertised. It met all our expectations for a great time in Key West, FL. Two of the three bedrooms could have used a little more room for luggage and head room (in the loft bedroom) but we made due with no complaints. Communication with the property owners was very good. The property's condition and location to everything was excellent.

This is a cute, detached house in a great location. It was well equipped and had some basic spices, coffee, and oil in the pantry which we appreciated. The only downside of the house is that the 2nd bedroom upstairs doesn't have a door and if someone is watching tv you will hear it in that room. There is a neighbor who came by 4 different times to bother us about an outside ceiling fan that was on (the switch was broken and was getting fixed for a few days) but you can't control neighbors. Everything else about the neighborhood is good and everyone else was respectful of each other. Tip: make sure you look at the complex map at the front gate to find the unit since it's in the back and not visible from the parking.

Great location! This little cottage is tucked into the Shipyard, and walking home through the lovely garden paths was so enjoyable every day. The cottage is beautifully decorated and outfitted with every amenity you could need. The pool in the complex was very clean and had plenty of chaises offering shade as well as sunny areas. Jean (the cottage owner) was lovely to deal with, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful time. My in-laws love Key West and have been here a few times before and said that it’s one of best places they have stayed in. It’s our first time and we love it. It’s sad for us because this will be their last trip to the Keys because my mother in law’s is loosing her eyes sight due to macular degeneration.
It was awesome to have a beautiful place to stay and be with the family. Thank you

Best Vacation Property
Our family had a wonderful stay. This is our 2nd time at this vacation rental and the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever. Amenities were outstanding. There were more than enough blankets and towels for our family of 6. Fort Zachary Beach was just a bike ride away, and the pool at the property was the finishing touch after a long day in the sun. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

We had a terrific week on Key West with our two 20 something kids and two of their friends. The location allowed everyone to do what they wanted when they wanted. We were all very comfortable in the cottage. It really is very quiet but just steps from all the activity. The community pool was wonderful as well. Thanks for a great spot!!

Jean and Lowell were great hosts; they were prompt in responding to questions & offered lots of helpful suggestions. Lower level bedroom and bath wonderful for r 86 yr old father. Amazing location; easy bike ride or walk from lots of points of interest and yummy restaurants such as Moondogs, Cuban coffee Queen & Mangia Mangia. Would definitely stay here again!!
