Excellent stay

The staff were very kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to have an earlier check in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were coffee and tea facilities in the room and a mini bar that had a water bottle and two wine glasses. The TV had Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ which is a plus😍 The bathroom was very nice and modern, it had two sinks which was very convenient and the shower had a good water pressure. Toiletries were provided and replenished along with daily cleaning. The location was good as the main attractions were in a good walking distance from this guest house. It was also very quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend it.

The guest house it is a bit hard to find at the beginning and the entrance door is quite old. The stairs to go up to the reception are very narrow and so is the lift. We had one set of keys which at times was inconvenient. The bathroom didn’t have toiletries holder near the shower. These are just minors things. Overall it was a very good stay and I would definitely go back ❤️

فقط مسؤولة الاستقبال ايررا جيدة والمكان نظيف ومرتب والنظافة يومية وجيدة

لم يعجبني الموقع بعيد عن اماكن السياحة (وبجانب الشقة معهد تعليم اسرائيلي وهي حارة يهود تسمى ) ومدخل الشقق جدا ضيق والمصعد صغير لدرجة لا يمكن حمل الا شخص وحقيبته والسلالم ضيقة جداً ولا يمكن دخول سيارة الاوبر او التاكسي لانها منطقة عسكرية والمبلغ جداً كثير عليه رغم ترتيبه ونظافته ولا يوجد فطور ، ولا يعمل التكييف وبعد الساعة الخامسة مساءً لا يتوفر احد في الاستقبال ، لن اكرر التجربة مرة اخرى

Excelente para estar en familia

El espacio era amplio, acogedor, limpio, no hacía frío dentro de la habitación, nos guardaron las maletas cuando hicimos el check out porque teníamos el vuelo en la noche, también llegamos tarde y hicimos el auto check in, demasiado sencillo… excelente atención y

Las escaleras de la entrada son un poco angostas y empinadas, mis padres eran mayores y había un poco de riesgo con ellos, de resto todo excelente

Great for couples! We had a lovely time.

We slept at the annex .at first we were worried about it but were positively surprised. Very clean , everything you need you have there. Very Specious room . The fact that the Toilet and shower are separate from each other is great. Really big shower room , lots of towels . The staff were so nice,kind and helpful, allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out . Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Great location!! One of the best accommodations we stayed at for sure.

Wi.fi didn’t work most of the time and we had problems with reception on the phone at different parts of the room.

Disappointing snd frustrating.

Location was good

Stayed in the annexe and stair access and security is bad. Air conditioning snd wifi stopped working Sheets were stained and not replaced. Room was very noisy all day and night. Renovations above and other occupants. Staff did nothing to address our concerns. A very unpleasant experience and not worthy of 4 star

Great location, easy to walk to all major sites in Rome as it is in the city Center. The staff were very nice, super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed comfy, the spa bath is a great addition after a long day out on walking tours. I would recommend it!

Amazing stay

It was very welcoming and very clean and very close to tourist locations. The girls working behind the desk helped us out so much as we didn’t notice that our flight was that particular night and let us keep our baggage there until we were ready to collect. Will stay here again

Great stay for a short Rome trip

Great location to explore Rome as it is directly located in the city Center. Surprisingly, also parking in the local area was easy and sights like the Pantheon are only a stone’s throw away. Would definitely recommend for a short city stay. Also check-in was easy as the staff provided us with a self-check option as we arrived late in the evening.

All in all, an excellent place, except for the smell of the pizzeria, I would go back there.

The service was excellent, the room was clean and close to everywhere.

There were 2 things that bothered me, the room smelled of mold and moisture and secondly, you can't open a window because there is a pizzeria below and all the smell enters the room.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended if you want to be near the Ghetto, Not impressed with Booking.com

If being in the Ghetto is important then this is an excellent choice at a reasonable price. All in all we had a wonderful stay but please see below our bad experience with Booking.com not the Almait. We were very very happy with the service. The room is a nice size around 30m(2) and it has a shower room and separate bathroom. Big screen tv on the wall ( but Italian only channels .... bring a long HDMI cable if you want to hook up to your own devices ). Staff were extremely sweet and helpful but don't expect to be able to have a late check out as they often have the next people coming in straight after. Room was clean and cleaned everyday ( although beds were changed for the 4 nights we were there ) it comes with all the necessary toiletries and nice size bath towels ( YAY ) and if you leave the towels on the floor in the morning then you get fresh ones when they clean the room. Interestingly, we didn't see anyone come and clean the room so maybe they got lucky or some how knew we weren't there at the time. Again for us location was the most important thing and it exceeded our expectations. If we recall it suggested we were 500m from our requested location and in the end we were 50m from the heart of the Ghetto. Enjoy your stay...we did but do check out the things which weren't as perfect as we would have liked.

1. Booking,com - their offer clearly included free shuttle to and from the airport - without a screenshot they refused to honour it even though one of their staff members agreed there was an offer at the time. Booking.com expect you to assume they will lie and cheat and so they expect you to take screenshots of your booking and offers in the likely event of a dispute. We will really think twice and try to find alternatives next time round it ended up costing 120 Euro extra Grrr! that's also because the lovely taxi driver at the airport stiffed us too charging 70 Euro instead of the standard 50 Euros as advertised even with luggage and late at night. Fortunately, the return journey was 50 Euro ( also at night ) 2 Shower and separate bathroom. Shower was a little on the weak side, it is also quite thin and the floor feels a little unstable but I think we are nitpicking because the water was generally nice and hot and showering was fine...just could be better. Also we prefer the all in one bathroom and shower. 3. Entrance to the apartment/room: Although the location is down and alley it really felt safe and didn't bother us. Self check-in was good. We think the main door to the building needs to be checked a couple of times it didn't lock properly but nothing major. However the stairs from the street to the room are small, steep and narrow and made it very hard to get big luggage up. A banister may help. but all in all we had a great stay.
