It was a great little cosy place to stay. Perfect for a couple to stay for a few nights.

Location was not walking distance to the main town centre, but I feel everyone would bring a car to the area, and it was a very convenient drive to main amenities.

The bedroom door is the entry to the property and could've used an extra block-out blind for the morning sun.

enjoyed our stay in Daylesford and East Street except for the things mentioned previously.

loved the way it was set up for our arrival. heater on, mood lights and music playing. some welcoming goodies too. all very nice.

every time I cooked some toast the smoke alarm went off. nowhere to sit and eat. car parking very tight for our car. could hear people next door going to the toilet.

A wonderful weekend away.

The property was gorgeous, quaint, impeccably presented. We had a bottle of wine on arrival and snacks which was a bonus. Really happy with our stay here.

It required a car to get into town.

Overall, it was lovely. A beautiful little cottage.

There wasn't a breakfast ... should there have been one?

Instructions for the gas log fire were a little vague ... took us a while to actually find the 'on' switch. Couldn't find the remote to the heater in the bedroom, so it was a little cold in there.

Loved it so much!

The property was beautiful! This place was perfect for a couple staying over the long weekend. The place is comfortable, clean and beautifully presented, we would definitely recommend.

Beautiful relaxing property with easy instructions for easy entry etc. You feel pampered.

The location is easy if you have your own car . No 1 East St was very comfortable, beautifully appointed (too many cushions for my husband) The bed was comfy and the extras of wine, shortbread and trail mix was appreciated. I enjoyed the Foxtel option for viewing .

My only complaint was that the toilet seat was very loose which made me feel unsafe when using. I mentioned this to the cleaner who was going to pass it on to management. The toilet roll holder also needed tightening with an allen key.

Would’ve been 5/5 except for the rude owner and his loud music and total disregard for his guests.

it was modern, clean and comfortable

the owner, who lives next door, was playing loud music on the Friday night until 3am.

10/10 will definitely be back.

The bed is incredibly comfortable and the perfect amount of space for a couple. The property is in a quiet location but not too far from town by car or taxi. The shower was lovely with the option of a rainfall shower head.

The gas heater wouldn’t turn on & the blinds in the main bedroom had a small gap which let the early morning sun in. Neither issues were major, there was a split system for warmth and the curtains over the blinds gave enough coverage for you to get back to sleep.

Lovely spot

This is a lovely spot, feels like a home away from home. This was my second time there.

The walls are quite thin. Neighbours are usually very respectful but I had a night with 4 people making a lot of noise. A simple text to the host and it got sorted.
