UPDATE***We have recently upgraded our house cleaning to disinfect high traffic surfaces. In addition, similar to luxury hotels, we use high quality duvet covers with hypoallergenic comforter inserts, vs. bedspreads. The duvet covers will be washed between each guests' stay. In addition, our indoor sofas and chairs are all real leather surfaces. There is no soft fabric furniture. Our 6 night maximum stay summer policy also ensures 24 hours between guest stays in the summer with a longer gap between guest stays in the off season.*** ***We also recently upgraded to Xfinity cable TV & Internet, which is a rare find on the lake. This lake home boasts breathtaking views of the lake from several rooms with over-sized Anderson glass windows and sliders throughout the house, including a stunning wall of windows expanding up 20 feet in the main level great room. This two level 3200 square foot home has two master bedrooms both with lake views, king beds and private master spa baths with custom tile work and rain shower heads; one family bedroom with one queen bed, a twin trundle bed and a private bathroom, and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed. The sofa in the basement recreational room also has a queen sized pull out bed. High quality towels and bed linens are also provided. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen which is open to the dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and utensils. The dining room table has 2 leaves and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably with 2 additional people a few feet away at the kitchen island. The screen porch table can accommodate 6-8 people. There are 2 outdoor patio tables on the deck and patio that can accommodate 4-5 people at each table. The outdoor living at the Pura Vida is just as spectacular as the indoor living. For rainy days, the house is also stocked with an Xbox 360 and games, DVD player, Satellite TV, High Speed Internet/Wi-fi, movies, books, board games and more. The Pura Vida is located in one of the most exclusive communities on the lake called, Wyndemere. Guests of the Pura Vida can enjoy all the community amenities in Wyndemere including 2 parks with gazebos and picnic areas, community basketball, volleyball and tennis court, and more.
