Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, The Star Casino, Dracula's Cabaret, the newly renovated Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and the light rail (G-Link). Theme parks are all close by. Sea World is a 20 minute drive, and Warner Brothers Movie World, Wet n Wild, and Dreamworld are 25 minutes. Coral Waterfront is ideal for your next getaway for several couples or a fantastic holiday to enjoy with family and friends. Coral has a seamless flow-through design with generous living spaces which lead through to the entertaining area overlooking the fenced saltwater pool and waterfront. There is an ideal spot on the deck to relax or walk down to the beach and to your very own private pontoon with seating to throw a line in and perhaps catch a spot of dinner. With two levels of living which includes 55 inch TV with FOXTEL SPORTS AND MOVIES PACKAGE, NETFLIX AND COMPLIMENTARY WIFI and a spacious airconditioned games room with POOL TABLE, 65 inch TV, and PLAYSTATION 3 (including several games), along with children's books and toys; you'll immediately feel like you're on holiday. A fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances including a Jura bean to cup coffee maker and separate drinks fridge. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor entertaining area, with covered seating area, barbecue, saltwater pool and canal (POOL AND CANAL ARE FULLY FENCED FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S SAFETY). Secure carport is provided for off street parking and fenced for your childrens safety and privacy. The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. A starter pack of bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities are provided for your convenience. A highchair, baby car seat and stroller are available at the property and free of any charge, if required. We can also supply a cot for young babies on request. Fishing rods, hooks and lines are also provided. This beautiful 'home from home' provides the ultimate Gold Coast holiday. All you and your family need to do is relax and make some fabulous, long-lasting memories. REQUIREMENTS This price is based on 8 people staying, and will increase with extra people staying. Please note that the property is best suited for up to a maximum of 16 people. Minimum age for hire is 24 years 25% deposit to secure the booking. We were all overwhelmed by the property amazing for a big group. We didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Couldn't recommend enough. The extra details with regards to amenities, kids toys, books, pool floaties, kitchen supplies, extra fridge. Would definitely book again. Extremely central.

I am the mum and my 4 children, spouses and grandchildren stayed all together which was incredible. The house is superb, large, well arranged, heaps of room, so we all fitted great. Pool, pool table, bbq & kitchen used constantly. Great spot. Host was very quick to respond. Loved it....

This was the perfect property to accommodate our party of 15 which comprised 9 adults and 6 children aged 2 - 11 years. Great location close to Pacific Fair, restaurants etc yet very quiet and private. Steve was an excellent host and very responsive to any requests.

This home offered us so much space for our family reunion. The kitchen had ample pots, plates and utensils so that we could cook when we wanted to and a short walk to the beach for dining out. Great outdoor spaces also. Quiet neighbourhood with off street parking. 10 min walk to Pacific Fair for retail therapy! Clean and spacious! Great host!

We stayed here 4 years ago, and again this week with the same group of friends from various parts of the country. Our age range is 46-64, no kids. A great home, especially for groups, but feels like it has been let go and maintenance a bit forgotten. At the price point it is, for the condition the home is currently in, I’m not sure we would stay again unless a bit of time and money was spent on maintenance and upgrades. Things like better outdoor area lighting, particularly downstairs in seating area outside. Upgrade of BBQ area, upgrade of kitchen fridge, clean of washing machine dispenser, putting away pool floats from previous guests, upgrade to more functional outdoor dining setting, etc. Just small things, but they add up. IIn saying all that, the check in and check out process was smooth, the property manager is easily contactable, and it’s a really great sized home with excellent layout in awesome location. And the only other frustrating thing was the next door neighbours tradie playing hard core techno music from 8am -11am on the second last day outside whilst doing work. Not the owners fault but annoying all the same.

A fantastic property that suited our every need. Located close to all the action that the Gold Coast has to offer. Each room is generous in size and the house amenities are first rate. The coffee machine saved us a fortune as no take aways required. I would highly recommend this property to large family groups looking to share a fun holiday experience together. Property manager Steve was friendly and great to work with.
