Echt norwegisch.

Die Holzhütte befindet sich in einem Ensemble eines historischen Bauerhofes. Entsprechend urig ist auch die Hütte, der Eingang ist ca. 1,40 m hoch, nichts für große Leute. Innen war schon vorgeheizt, die kleinen E-Heizer hätten es sonst nicht geschafft bei minus 14°C draußen. Ansonsten ist alles auf kleinstem Raum vorhanden. Das Bett ist ca. 120 bis 130 breit, Paare müssen schon enger liegen können...

Location was great. Cabin was not big but enough for 2 adults and 3 children. We had everything we needed and liked our stay there very much.

The hytta is really nice and cosy. The surroundings are beautifull.

It's a (low ceiling) mini version of a hytta. As in: bumping our head while going to the toilet is not uncommon. Being tall is not an advantage here.

One of the best places, if you want to visit jotunheimen

Waterfall view, you can also hear the waterfall. Also, near jotunheimen, galdhjopiggen trail starts are only about 1 hour away by car. The cabins are very well equiped.

During rush hours, you can hear distant road noises. Wi-fi signal strength was poor.

The place was calm and peaceful with a good view. The host were kind and welcoming.

The location was slightly off from the nearest town. Basic amenities like tea, coffee and toiletries were missing. The host provided us with the bedsheets and covers to make our own beddings. No blind curtains present in the bedroom.

Idillic setting friendly people. We stayed in July when the clover sprinkled the grass with its white flowers. Our Hytte was simple clean and off the scale cute tall people mind your heads it’s a small door. Kitchen was simple two rings but sufficient for our needs. Shower hot and powerful. Bed comfy. If you visit in winter the wood burning stove looked delicious to sit round.

We did not book for long enough would have liked to stay a lot longer. If forced to find something to improve- please provide more cleaning products so guests can clean up better for you.

An excellent location with the country experience

The cabins and location had a special charm, we were able to cook our meals and walk around the property to admire the scenery and also say hello to the sheep and horses

Have to be careful not to bump heads in low height doorways

We really loved our stay there, one of our favorite stay in Norway we wish we could have stayed longer. It feels so cosy inside the cabin, this is where we were able to see our first northern lights too. A really fantastic place.

maybe having the bed already made up, but honestly the place is so perfect otherwise I didn't mind too much.

I can highly recommend staying there.

Very clean and well-equipped accomodation with an amaizing view to the lake. The whole ranch has a unique atmosphere. Mari is very helpful host, we got a bigger house, not that one we booked, because one of the previous guest wanted to stay one more night longer.

We could not use any WiFi network.

Very nice place

This is a lovely place, a traditional ensemble of log cabins with grass roofs. The interior is nicely furnished and well equipped. Everything is clean and cosy. Location is also nice with a beautiful view to the lake and lots of possibilities to hike in the nearby mountain range.

The location was great for us as a base for traveling in the area. The cabin is beautiful and warm. The view is fantastic.

There was no wood to operate the fire place and no trash bag in the outer bin.

There was zero interaction with the people renting out the holiday home and they didn't seem interested at all if we were happy about our stay.

lovely and quiet location, wonderfully cozy little house, extremely clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Try it !

One of our best hotel we ve ever had : wonderful lodges, great location. Very close to Jotunheimen park and Lom (hike paradise). The hosts are kind, offered us some Easter egg. Much better in real life than on picture.

Wifi and TV are not the best but we did not care
