The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The thing that puts this location over the top, is the staff. Rushane, Monica, and Sophia were so great. They were there for anything you needed. The food they cooked was perfect. Our family of 12 could not have asked for anything more. 5 ++++++ STARS

The pictures of this property pale in comparison to the vibe of actually being there. It is beautiful, well kept, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and every bathroom is beautifully updated. My family thoroughly enjoyed every amenity - basketball court, air hockey, table tennis, pool, jacuzzi and gym daily. Not to mention going out in the kayaks every day. You literally don’t need to leave this house for a good time. The best thing about this property for my husband and I was the staff. Rushane instantly just felt like a part of the family even though I had only spoken with him twice before going. He arranged all of our outings to perfection and did ALL the grocery shopping. He had my heart at that point! He bought my son his own special snacks and even took him fishing and was there for whatever we needed. Ms. Monica introduced us to authentic Jamaican cooking that completely elevated our experience. We never ate out, there was no need! The house and the staff accommodated my family VERY well and made our first visit to the island so special we hated saying goodbye to both!

When we arrived at the house it was very impressive. We were meet by the property manager with a smile and immediately Rasheed made us feel comfortable and safe. We talked and begin to plan our daily activities and organized a daily meal plan schedule for the week. Rasheed was knowledgeable and professional at all times and his professional staff also assisted us with all our daily needs and they cooked great breakfast, lunch and dinner meals that will be remembered for a lifetime. The house and the pool area and the beach back yard areas are awesome and breath taking to say the least. The inside gym and the other entertainment activities items made our vacation extra special. Rasheed and Monica and Sohopia are truly an asset to the owner of this property and because of their professionalism, my family and friends will return to take another vacation at this property in the near future. I rate the manager and his staff a five star rating and I will recommend them to all my friends in the United States of America to visit this wonderful vacation beachfront property.

The house was exactly as described and not in a high tourist area. The layout was great for a group of 8 people with lots of spaces for a variety of activities. The staff was very accommodating and the meals prepared were awesome! The house manager was easy to work with and extremely accommodating also! He was always available and willing to do anything for us. The outdoor area looking out over the water with a great pool was our favorite part. Overall, a great place to stay!

Fantastic Stay
From the moment you pass through the gates into the quiet neighborhood where Majestic Home is situated you feel a sense of tranquility. The home is a gem. It is very spacious and provides sitting area from everywhere in the home that you can kick back and enjoy the beautiful mountain beach and pool views. A huge plus is this home offers staff that are very accommodating and eager to make your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience. Monica is a great cook and makes delicious meals our whole family enjoyed. Carol was always helpful and constantly asking of how she can be of help. Rashane the grounds keeper was always on hand to help answer our questions and offer his company to find local extracurricular activities as well as making the home truly Majestic! We have travelled and have stayed in numerous places and this was truly a great experience we will share with family and friends. Thank you all.

Amazing vacation

Everything here is comfortable-top end beds, furniture, patio/pool furniture. So many activities to do while you are here. The house manager is so helpful and genuinely nice and trustworthy. A true asset to this property. The ladies who come daily to cook are true gems! This was the first time we had ever rented a home with accompanying staff so it was a treat and. Took some getting used to. I would suggest having an idea of menu in advance of arriving so that you can relax and let those ladies do their magic. All in all we loved it here and love our new Jamaican friends! If you go to The Blue Hole -which i recommend especially during this crazy time they do a great job -ask for Romaine to be your guide. One of the ladies or house mgr can get you in touch ahead of time. He was the best guide by a landslide!!! Highly recommend the Lobster Bowl for dinner-its an eclectic place right on the water across from house. Service is perfect and food delicious. Also you must get Juci Patties-they are a local delicacy and there is a shop not far from house. Covid testing at the airport prior to depature was simple and quick.

At 1st we were a little worried about having the property manager with us @ all times, however I was wrong. RuShane was very informative & we enjoyed his company. He was able to point us in the right direction for food, liquor, activities, etc. Monica & Shaundra were also very informative & even included my grandchildren in the cooking. They loved it.

Highly Recommend
Just came back from a vacation stay at the Majestic. Villa is huge, ideally located on a very swimmable and boatable beach/bay, secure, modern, and with very friendly staff (Shauna, Monica, and Rushane). Had an option for a chef, but didn't see the need with Shauna, Monica, and Rushane (jerk chicken on a wood outdoor barbecue) cooking the meals. Villa is on a street with about 10 others and very quiet and easy to access. Location is ~ 1 hr from Ocho Rios and slightly more than one from Montego Bay. Grocery stores/markets are within 15 minutes and good to go with Rushane to help the navigation and any local folks trying to take advantage of you.
Pool and hot tub were excellent as were the outdoor ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, and SUPs/kayaks.
Only downside is water visisbility was about 2 feet due to seasonal weather supposedly. Visibility was similar at Doctor's Cave beach and Puerto Seco.
All in all a great experience and if returning to Jamaica would consider again.

This place was amazing. The beach is private and very safe. Water is calm enough for kayaking, paddle boarding, or just floating in the water. The house amenities are superb. You have everything you need waiting for you when you arrive. Towels for everyone at the pool, well equipped games (pool table, air hockey, and ping pong), even some board games and puzzles. Pool seating is plentiful and the night experience is excellent (lights and spraying fountain, along with a hot tub with jets). Air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room all have remotes, so you can make everyone comfortable at any time. Wi-Fi is decent, but can be maxed out by a lot of users and TV all at once.
Other Things to know: the house is far from activities and the grocery store, so each ride will cost you at least $30. The house manager Rushane, will ride with you to the store to make purchases, or for a smaller shopping trip, he will go alone. You just cover the expenses. You should also be aware that if he arranges transportation for you for dinner, he expects to join you for dinner (including sitting at the table with you and being a part of the meal). Same thing in the evening each night. He comes out and sits at the pool, joins you for drinks and conversation, and even sits in the room when you are watching movies. We were surprised by that so if that makes you uncomfortable, be prepared to ask him directly not to join you. It is awkward, so I didn’t have the heart to do it. So he just hung out with us every night.
In terms of housekeeping, Your rooms will be cleaned and bath towels exchanged once during your stay. If you want more frequently, be prepared to ask for it. They also take care of any immediate issues, such as ants or mosquitoes. Just ask!

We made a schedule, set that time for breakfast and lunch and they were always made at time that worked for us. They knew what we needed when we needed it! Beautiful home. Great Beach
This is a beautiful home with a great beach & pool. Large home with plenty of room for everyone to gather or have some time alone. Staff are wonderful & offer lots of local knowledge. It is in a remote location so you will need car or hire transporation for everything like tours or groceries. House is just as pictured. Lots of seating outside. We made use of the paddle boards & kayaks most days. House dog Freddy (who stays outside) was a welcome sight because we are all dog lovers & missing our pups at home.

IT WAS AMAZING!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Villa! The accommodations were as advertised, more than enough room for the 6 of us. The views were amazing and the convenience of having a pool with the private beach access steps away was priceless. We fully utilized the kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear that were available for use. The staff met all of our needs from the authentic cooking Monica and Shauna did for us to everything Rushane helped us with including our grocery shopping when our drinks were low in the fridge and for chicken, go at, and patties, and also arranging transportation when needed and partaking in our conversations, telling us all about the area. The staff did an amazing job of making sure all of our needs were met and cleaning up after us, which helped make our vacation even more relaxing!

Majestic House, Discovery Bay, Jamaica
Majestic House is a beautiful home with all amenities anyone could want. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with the property manager and Monica and Shauna providing us delicious food. We were treated like and felt like family by the time we had to leave. Anyone going to this home should have a relaxing, enjoyable time. Our wish is to make a return visit sometime. It's a 3 and a half hour non-stop flight from Raleigh which makes it even better. Thanks to all of you for your help in making our trip so easy. Jean Wiltsey

Live the life of luxury!
To summarize, WOW! From the staff (Shauna, Monica, and Rushane), to the location, the home, the food, every bit of this vacation was WOW! The staff catered to your every need and made you feel so comfortable and welcome. Whether you wanted to lay by the pool, walk a few steps to the beach, play a game of basketball, or take an excursion, the staff was there to ensure your every wish became a reality. I have rented VRBOs for many years, this was without question the best experience yet! All 8 people on the trip agreed, this was the best vacation ever, and we will be doing it again in 2019!

A lovely house on one of the nicest non-hotel beaches in Jamaica
Majestic villa is a very well appointed house that sleeps 8, right on the Bengal Beach near Rio Bueno. The staff is helpful and pleasant, though the fact that the cook leaves at 4 means that dinner is not an ideal event. A great place to go with a family.
