Room was nice, aircon worked well. Had a stove and utensils we could use, fridge to store food. Bathroom was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice front porch with a rocking chair. Also easy access to the beach! There is a beach club next door which can be loud, but music turns off at 11/12 at night. The music didn't bother us though. We also did surf lessons through Pore's which were great!

very convenient, everything is near amidst of general luna. food, bars , souvenir shops and etc. a loving and cute dog named “kopiko” guarding the place all the time. the place is clean and spacious. You can also see the beach on the right side.

This place is next to the parties. AC is really old, making loud noise and room is still really hot. Sadly, I couldn’t sleep well.

Great location, huge room with kitchen facilities, aircon, hot water and comfy bed.

Aircon a little loud (it rattled) and you could hear the night club music until midnight (this could have been cause we stayed over a weekend period). Wifi wasn’t the greatest, worked well on the front veranda.

It’s right on the beach! It’s a spacious studio apt with hot showers and a porch to sit on.

The bar next door is loud most evenings. Also the bed and sheets need replacing.

The bed smelled horrible. We took the sheets and pillows cases to get washed only to realize that it was the mattress that smelled awful. It was rainy season so that could have something to do with it but we wish there had been a maters protector or something to reduce the smell

This is a budget accommodation so don't expect too much. Wifi was the poorest during our holiday (5 separate accommodations). AC did not really work properly. The sheets smelt really bad and the bed was like a trampoline. The place is located between several bars and a beach club and the noice was unbelievable and cacophonous. Fortunately the music stopped around midnight.

It is true that the guesthouse stands right in the center of General Luna, where everything is accessible, however it is incredibly noisy and not a place to have a relaxed vacation. The nice thing was the little table close to the beach, where you can enjoy the outside.

First of all, just next to the guest house is a bar/club, which will blast music from 9pm till at least 12, sometimes even 2am. And across the street is another bar with even louder music. We were unable to have a good rest and it is really not a place for someone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Furthermore, don't expect anything from the beach infront, it is not really a good place to enjoy the water, you will most probably go somewhere else for the beach. Also, in the apartment you will constantly have ants and other bugs because the area around the AC is not completely sealed up. The Wifi didn't work, only in the morning sometimes.

Perfect location, close to everything, spacious and just at the beach. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Would come back for sure.

We had such a great stay here. It's location is perfect as it's near the top of Tourist Road. Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped and the AC worked well. Lovely garden out the front which leads down to a beach.

The only issue was noise from the bar opposite the homestay. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

- If it wasnt for the noise, this would definitely be one of the best deals in Siargao. The room is spatious and has (almost) everything you need. Even fridge and kitchen. - Opposite to many rooms in Siargao, the bathroom is also spatious enough to be able to take a shower without leaving the rest of the room all wet. - Punz, the property manager, helped me in everything I needed. He was extremely helpful. - Location is super central, with even some eateries just in front.

- NIGHT NOISE ALERT: The house is right in front of a night beach club. This means that EVERY day of the week you will have strong noise from 9p to 12 (weekends until 1.30am). I was thinking of extending for 1more week but I didnt because of the noise. It felt like the speaker was inside my bathroom.

Best accommodation in town, we had such a great time in Pore's Homestay, the place is close to everything and the host was always here if needed to help! :)

The property is beautiful and well taken care of.

1. The heating element didn't work for the shower...no hot water for duration of our 4 day stay. 2. Very noisy until 2am at night with music.
