The bar area also is equipped with a wine/beverage cooler and a professional ice-maker. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are an open area concept with a fireplace, state-of-the-art 60'' television and surround sound system. Note: linens and towels not provided. The house worked perfectly for our family. Such a beautiful home. No blow dryers in bathrooms as stated in description. Owner pays a lot to have cleaned, it was not as clean as we are used to for VRBO's. Definitely review that issue with housekeeping. Suggestion for kitchen needs, a griddle, crockpot and waffle iron.

The house was clean, spacious and nicely laid out. We were three family groups and the house had a main bedroom on the first floor in the back and two groups of rooms on the second floor, one in the front and one in the back. There is a convenient pool, except it is not very large and is not heated. It was a short walk to the beach or into town for a restaurant. It had plenty of TVs, except for the second floor in the back. As for problems, the door to the master bedroom on the first floor would not close and the attached bath had no hooks for towels. The second floor front bathroom had a broken shower knob. The knobs to the cook top in the kitchen kept falling off and/or breaking. The worst experience was that the smoke detector went off at 1:00 a.m. We called the property manage because we did not smell smoke. He came right over. It turned out to be low batteries in two of the detectors, which he replaced the next morning. Overall it was a great experience.

Easy walk to the beach and funland. Beautiful house and pool. Well stocked with kitchen items. Don’t forget your own linens. My only complaint is that there are no bathroom rugs.

We have rented this property 3 years now, and I highly recommend it. However, a few maintenance items are needed that have been broken since our visit last June: Shower knob in one bathroom keeps falling off and door in one king bedroom does not close, and beds squeak. Not major, but for the high price paid, they should be fixed. We tried notifying him without getting a reply. I think some of the property needs general maintenance, and it needs a deep cleaning. Outside surfaces were clean, but inside cabinets were a bit gross, hair was left in the bathtub, and cooking utensils were in drawers with food on them.

Absolutely one of the best houses we’ve ever rented. More than enough space for everyone to hang out together, but the bedrooms+en suite bathrooms allowed personal space too. Outdoor area is great too. Kitchen very well stocked. And so close to everything in Rehoboth - especially the beach! We’ll be back.

I stayed at this property with 7 other adults and 6 children. All of the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-furnished. We all loved the big open floorplan downstairs, with the huge couch, dining table, and gorgeous kitchen. Even with a full house, we never felt cramped. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. The owner was helpful and responsive. We would all love to stay at this property again!

My family just got back from our stay (9 adults, 5 kids). We vacation in Rehoboth every summer and this has been our favorite house by far. We had more than enough room. The first floor is massive and very open. It never felt like we were on top of each other even when we were all hanging out in the kitchen and main room. The pool was a great size for the children and you can see everything happening in the pool from the kitchen sink. Loved that vantage point. Each room was nicely decorated with a beautiful bathroom attached. The location was perfect for walking to and from the beach and boardwalk. We went to Funland every night with our kids and out to grab coffee in the morning. We only used our car once when we went to Lewes beach for the day. There are four parking spots and two parking passes. We had plenty of parking for our large family. Something important to note that I did not fully realize from pictures is that the house is made up of two different towers connected by a breezeway. The front side of the house has four bedrooms on the upstairs. The back side of the house (with its own separate staircase) has three more bedrooms - one of which is the master suite on the main level. You can not access the rooms at the back of the house without walking down the stairs and through the breezeway. We LOVED this because we had two families with small children. They stayed in the front rooms of the house and the adults who wanted to sleep in longer, stayed in the rear. They said they never heard any of the kids in the morning! It is a great layout. All in all, we really enjoyed this house. Perfect location. We will definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you for a great stay, Edward!

Very lovely spacious home. Plenty of common area space for families to hang out together. Bedrooms and baths all very nicely furnished. Pool area was shady with well established trees, lots of patio furniture for lounging. Screened in porch was big and delightful to enjoy. Walk to the beach was a solid 2 blocks. Kiddie park is located about 5 walking minutes away. Great location!!

Had a wonderful stay here with our family of 15. House is large and can easily accommodate our group. Children could be seen on the main level which made it easy to supervise them. Bedrooms had own bath too. Comfortable layout,

This property was PERFECT for my Girls Trip Birthday Celebration. The home was super spacious and the decor was VERY tasteful. Great location...just a couple blocks from the beach and the main spots in Rehoboth. We're still talking about our amazing trip and already planning our next stay! Modern day inconveniences summarizes this house. The pool filter, both dish washing machines, washer, and dryer all broke down at some point during the stay. The (investment?) owners were responsive but it marred the vacation to have to call and wait for them to come out and fix the problems. House was beautiful in the pictures but there is a good amount of maintenance that should be performed and isn’t. To top it off, it rained during our stay and water was leaking into the house. If you want a vacation to escape every day responsibilities- I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable house located in a lovely neighborhood at the south end of the boardwalk. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Just perfect!
