Property was perfect! Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Well equipped with all the beach necessities.

House was wonderful! Had everything we needed and was a fantastic location! Can’t wait to visit again!

House was clean and we had everything we needed. Access was easy. House is a short walk to public beach, local park with walking trail, and lots of restaurants. We stayed here instead of a local resort that held our annual convention, and were very happy with our stay.

Owners are great, location was perfect for walking to beach and multiple restaurants. Pool and house was perfect! Will stay here again for sure!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY WITH VERY "IN TOUCH" OWNERS. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE JUST WHAT WE WANTED... NOT TO MENTION THE 5 M INUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub when they were not at the beach. Short walk to the beach to enjoy the day at the beach and take in the sunsets in the evenings. Will definitely return.

We were very happy with our stay. There were a few issues that we had to address, but overall it was fine.

Would stay again! Fast and clear communication from the owners. Couldn't beat the location, could walk to restaurants, beach, mini golf, stores and more! House was equipped with everything including beach carts, chairs, toys, etc. Pool area was nice and relaxing! Everyone loved it!

Clean house with an excellent location

This property is exactly as advertised. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walks to beach, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. Everything you need is provided in the house including beach chairs, towels, and even a beach buggy for the walk. Nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor area to relax after a day at the beach. Great property for a family.

The owners were amazing and always available! The house was beautiful and so close to EVERYTHING! We have 2 kids under 3 and it was great!

The property was represented accurately and we picked it based on location and that it had a hot tub. We actually used the hot tub probably more than the pool. It is an easy walk to the beach and provided chairs, etc. for the beach. While it is an easy walk to the beach, it is a bit of a hike with all the chairs, etc. If you walk up the beach a bit around Marco Island Regency, there is a vendor that rents 2 chairs and an umbrella for $40 / day and discounts after 1:00. Much easier than carrying everything. Patio was nice, lots of dishes to cook with, and full cable / internet etc. There was not anything we did not want. Owner was also easy to contact and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely property with all the amenities that you need to feel right at home! The house is spacious and open. Plenty of room for seating. The pool, spa and outdoor lanai was perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. Popular restaurants were in walking distance. We would definitely consider staying at this property again!

We loved every minute staying here! It's hard to believe this amazing home costs less than a room at the Hilton (which is where we always stayed before.) I had never rented a home, but we were bringing our adult children this time and wanted something special. I chose this home for its features and location. The house is beautifully decorated with an amazing flowing layout. It's open and spacious with lots of seating options for dining and relaxing indoors and out. The large windows and three sets of sliding glass doors which lead to the pool, hot tub, lanai and barbecue make it feel that you're always outside. It felt like Florida. The house wasn't just our base in between the beach and tours, the house was an integral, fun part of our vacation. We wanted a house where we could walk to the beach and my husband could walk back and forth to the Hilton for a medical conference. This was perfect. There are only three public accesses to the beach on Marco, and one of them is right next to the Hilton. As a bonus, as you walk to the beach down Winterberry Drive, you pass a large plaza on your right. Each of the restaurants there has outside seating in a large open courtyard. The food and ambiance are amazing with blazing patio heaters once the sun sets. There is also a very popular ice cream place and a movie theater that serves dinner. The square is packed with cars at night, so it's convenient to be close enough to walk. There are also very large beach stores right next to it if you need gear. The home had a huge stack of bath towels and an even larger stack of beach towels for use. The owners were always very quick to respond to an email if we had a question. The kitchen was great with plenty of room and spotless appliances. The air conditioner was excellent. We found 71 (where it was set when we arrived) was a little chilly so we set it at 74 and it was perfect for us. The washer and dryer were indispensable. Everything was very clean. We would definitely rent this home again. It was amazing!

The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and everyone had a great time. The only thing I would say is it is more than a five minute walk to the beach and if you have a little ones I think it’s easier to drive. But definitely no complaints!

This is our second time at this property. We love the closeness to restaurants, the beach, the movies… everything is basically walking distance. We notice both bathrooms were upgraded which is great. The owners are very nice and respond in minutes … If I have a recommendation is that the Televisions in the house are in need of an upgrade. We couldn’t make the TV located near the pool to work and the TV from the master bedroom and the living room were kind of small, the distance from where the televisions are situated to the bed or the couch made it difficult for oldies like me to read subtitles, or see details in the movies …. So a bigger screen will be much appreciated… thank you so much

Had a great stay with our young adult kids. We were able to walk to shopping, movies, beach etc. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. Kitchen had basic spices for cooking which was nice. Beach supplies were available in the garage along with a second refrigerator for drinks.

This home is beautiful and in such a wonderful location. We booked this stay so we can enjoy family time while celebrating 3 birthdays. We had a great time together. The walk to the beach was pleasant watching the sunsets and collecting the unique shells gave me special memories. However, my kids and parents just loved the pool and relaxing in the house like little homebodies they are 😂. Im hoping to make this an annual trip let’s see.

Location is great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet block. Pool lanai was refreshing after beach trips and has a wall of palms as nice background. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

Lovely House - Great Location. Great access to the local beach within walking distance, many times we were able to swim very close to dolphins, House had everything we needed.

The house was very very clean and perfect, they have everything you need to be comfortable and to enjoy. I really recommend it
