Kids will love the dock, tubing, swimming, fishing, boating and water play available on the property. Fish off the dock, build in the sand, watch the boats tunnel through to the Cove/Bay, sit in the hot tub, kayak on Paugus Bay, listen to the loons, relax and enjoy!! Master Bedroom Suite with King sleigh bed, lofted ceiling with sky light, cable TV, private bath with large sunken shower, private deck and reading loft is the 3rd floor. An open dining, living area provides dining for up to 10 at the table (+ 4 counter stools) while it also collapses to a table for 4. This great room has a wood fire place, high ceiling with glass, french doors to decks. Want to go outside? You will find a table for 8-10, a large propane grill, lounge chairs, hot tub for 4-6 and beautiful views.
