We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. Love that when we called a local helped us to understand how to get around easily. The copper coach was great. Told us the best places to eat. He was wonderful.

The mattress in the bedroom closes to the garage needs to be replaced. I should not even have to say that at this price.

Great location, uncomfortable old mattresses, poor property management

The location was great. We went in the summer and the activities nearby were great for our whole family.

Most of the mattresses are extremely old and sink in at the middle, making it very uncomfortable. The house was not cleaned well and there was rotten food left in the oven. The property management company (Vacasa) was not responsive and still has not addressed the issues we experienced over a week after we reported them.

Overall, we had a great time. Copper Moutain is a great ski area!!!

This is a very large house. We only had 8 people stay there, so it was plenty big. Nice living area. Nice dining area. The bunk beds in the one bedroom worked great for us since we had a few single guys. It has a large refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen with cooking devices. Plenty of silverware and dishes! I thought the price was reasonable for the size and location of the house compared to other houses that were available in the area. Housekeeping stopped by each day to see if we needed anything. We did not, but it was great that they stopped and asked.

The house is a little dated. Although this wasn't a big deal for us. Copper Mountain had just got dumped on with 2 1/2 feet of snow. They were behind in clearing the snow which is understandable. Once the driveway got cleared, I went to shovel the front sidewalk, but there wasn't a snow shovel. We walked through it to create a path and borrowed a shovel the next day. I gave them feedback on this, so hopefully the next time there will be a snow shovel. I also gave them feedback that the jetted tub did not work. The pictures show an outside hot tub. There is NOT a hot tub at the house!!! This was very disappointing. They give you access to the Athletic Center which is not within a reasonable walking distance. So we did not use it.
