Located in Pismo Beach, this lovely townhouse for $581 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Home For Rent is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Pismo Beach, Boardwalk, and Downtown Shops and Attractions are only 1 block away. A peek of the ocean can be enjoyed from the living room, as well as from the front deck. A deck with outdoor dining and gas barbecue are the perfect spot for spending time with friends and family in the coastal air. The open living area has overstuffed sofas, flat-panel TV with digital cable service, including Movie Channels. This property is equipped with a private wireless Internet network for guests' use. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped for home-cooked meals. (Food and perishable items are not provided.) The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the en suite bath features slate tile flooring and shower surround and has a shower/tub combo outfitted with a rainwater shower head. The other two bedrooms both have queen beds and are located on the ground floor of the property. The second bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms and has a shower only. Other amenities include a stacked full size washer & dryer 2 Car Attached Garage. *This Property Is NOT Equipped With Air Conditioning*

Welcoming and relaxing
All my kids love this place. Spacious and comfortable with nice lazy boy sitting. Garage parking is definitely make in/out convenient. Short walk to all the nice restaurants around the heart of the town. Will stay again if come back next time.

Great Stay
Location was great. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier. Garage parking was easy. Place was clean and well kept. Pillows were a bit flat so if you like fluffy pillows bring your own. Beds were comfy. Love the fire pit, perfect to sit around it at night.

271 Cypress Pismo Beach
Our family enjoyed our 2 weeks at this condo! It had everything we needed and more! The condo is located in an ideal location close to the beach and many restaurants! Having a garage was such a bonus! The garage was packed with beach chairs, sand toys, a stroller and much more! Having the well appointed front yard was really nice! Coastal Vacation Rentals which we have used for many years continues to be top notch and very professional! There were no surprises with our rental due to their thoroughness!

271 Cypress Offers a Great, Quiet Location
Pros:
-271 Cypress is a pleasant and quiet location, that is less than two blocks from the beach.
- The condo is located near the corner of a one-way street and a street that ends by crossing a one-way bridge.
- It has a drinking water filtration system that has its own faucet by the kitchen sink.
- It has a water softener system for soft water showers and laundry.
- It has a safe in the pantry for storing valuables.
Cons:
- During the winter, the lower level is hard to heat with the general heating system. You need to rely on space heaters to warm the two lower bedrooms.
- The Philips sound system is disconnected from the only TV in the condo. The TV needs a sound bar!
Note: Our friends stayed in this condo during the winter of 2022. They also experienced the same issue with the heat in the lower level and the TV's poor sound.

Fantastic Location, Beatiful, Spacious, Clean, PERFECT!
This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.

Perfect vacation
We had great time with family. The rental had everything we needed. Tent, beach toys, chairs etc. Towels were clean and plenty. Bedding was nice too. All necessary stuff to cook. Well communicated.

Relaxing Stay in Pismo Beach
We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home in Pismo Beach. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

Perfect property located in downtown area!
Perfect property located in downtown area! We planned a family trip to hit the dunes! Property was centrally located had all great amenities and we enjoyed it thoroughly! The fire pit outfront was perfect for socializing! Definitely stay here again!

Family trip for the summer
We booked this trip so our immediate family can get out of the heat of the Central Valley during the summer. It was cool at the coast and we enjoyed the weather. The house was well placed and furnished. It was a modern layout and had all amenities I would expect in a four or five star hotel. We spend a lot of time outside at the fire pit. The kitchen was suitable. Fresh market California was only 5 minutes away on 5 cities drive. It is one minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from the pier. We loved the little hot dog stand called slim dilly dogs a block away, now a fam favorite.

Fabulous Location for a Beach Getaway
What an incredible house! Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Ten thumbs up! (there were five of us).

GREAT STAY
We have stayed in this property a few times and it is EXCELLENT! The property is close to the beach and town, well equipped, extremely clean and the rental agents always helpful. We were able to have an early check-in which was great. I wasn't sure what to expect because we went soon after Christmas during the pandemic. However, we had no problems. The restaurants were open so we just brought food back to the condo. The outside fire pit is an added bonus, we spent some fun family time around it! I highly recommend this property, it's a 10+.

Nice place close to the action
Dry nice home that pretty much has everything you need close to the beach, and all the downtown fun. We wished our trip could have been longer.

Pismo Weekend Retreat
This house was one of the best we have stayed at yet! So close to the beach!! Very well to stocked and many amenities. We especially enjoyed the minor details like the sand toys and chairs, the baby gate for the stairs, and the fun coffee bar. We had a great time BBQ'ing and hanging out by the fire pit. The only recommendation I could make is maybe new pans? Every time we cooked on the stove it left a horrible burned mess on the cooktop that required extensive scrubbing. (minor issue, but just a recommendation)

Lovely home!
This was our second time staying in this house. I absolutely love this place. It's not a far walk to the beach and shopping. The house is clean and relaxing. They have everything you need available in the kitchen, which makes things much easier for me to cook. The beds are so comfortable! I will not stay anywhere else in Pismo again. I will only stay in this house. Coastal Vacation Rentals is very easy to deal with. They are very friendly and attentive to any problems. We only had one problem with the propane tank our first stay, and they fixed it right away. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

4th of July Holiday Family Vacation
We had a great stay during our time, the property was located a block (3 min) walk to the beach and 5-10 min walk to downtown Pismo (Restaurants and Shopping). When arriving the check in process was seamless, and living spaces were immaculate. Overall our family had a great experience and are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Pismo Beach Getaway!
Great vacation house. Here are the pluses. Great location, Kitchen well stocked with all that's needed plus beach chairs was a pleasant surprise, even though we brought our own next time we'll know to leave ours home. House was clean and comfortable. Here are the negatives. The two bedrooms down stairs advertised as queens appear to be smaller. The fireplace needed rental agency to come get it going. Pilot light not on? Could have had better instructions for amenity use, TV, Fire Pit needed someone to come to ignite, apparently the high and low knob are opposite, etc. There were only two little bars of soap like in a hotel. We had to buy soap for showering.

Great condo. Great location
We have stayed here several times. The condo is well located, close to the main drag and beach but quiet. It is clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It is nicely decorated. It has 2 parking spots which is important since parking is more of an issue in Pismo now.

Nice property
Downstairs toilet had to be fixed twice by us. Downstairs closet door was not working properly. We fixed for the weekend. However, the top bolt needs to be secured. Overall pleased with property
