We loved our weekend stay here. The location is tucked back on private property and is still within 5 minutes of of town. The home itself was wonderful for 15 adults and 6 kids. We had room to spread out for socializing and were able to retreat to our bedrooms for peace and quiet. The yard is gorgeous too with stunning views of the sunset. The lake views from up top are gorgeous but it’s a long steep walk down to the water and the steps could use some TLC or a rail for safety. There is a lot of stone around the pool and the home which is beautiful but just a warning because with little ones or older folks you want to be careful. Overall, it’s a great place and we are so happy we found this gem of a home.

This home is even more lovely than the pictures show. The large spaces on both levels and outdoors gave us ample space to dine and connect in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a large group. Exactly what we needed

We had 6 adults and 8 kids - the house was description was accurate. There was plenty space for all of us to sleep and play. The kitchen utensils and cooking supplies were very well stocked. Plenty of towels and toilet paper too. The pool area and outside kitchen was a great hangout spot. The hot tub is on the small side, but it was enjoyed. The lake is down quite a ways, that you walk down quite a few steps to the dock. The kids did not swim off the dock - it was murky and we couldn't see the bottom. There was a lot of debris by the end of the water too. We did Walmart delivery which was very convenient. Thanks for the memories!

We had a group of 17 people from five different families with 8 kids ranging in age from 8-14. This was absolutely the perfect place.! The house was so spacious and gorgeous and the backyard view of the lake was phenomenal. The kids swam in 50° weather with wetsuits and the hot tub also helped. It felt so far from the city, but was only about 15 minutes to get anywhere. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it!

Our large group had a a fantastic time at this house! We had complete privacy at this property, but still within 10-15 minutes of all the fun things we wanted to attend in Hot Springs. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house and property was a fabulous place to celebrate and accommodate our large family! There was enough space for a lovely catered meal, and seating for 45 guest for wedding celebration. Plus we had family pictures taken with a beautiful background! We will return at least once a year!

I rented this house to host a yoga retreat. The property was gorgeous and the photos shared here really don’t do it justice. However during our time at this property the management was seriously lacking. I had shared with the host that I would be leading a retreat on their property long before I arrived to be sure they would have everything in order. I had seen a few reviews on the listing that mentioned a lot of little things being out of place. I explained to them that because I was leading a group I wouldn’t be able to have the bandwidth to also manage the property and that I needed them to be sure that they had all their ducks in a row so I could have an easeful experience. And long story short I ended up having to deal with a lot of little things that caused me stress and messed with the flow of my event and the host was extremely delayed in their communication with me during our stay. I alerted the host of the issues immediately upon arrival and she waited until more than halfway through our trip to respond (finally got a response from her on day 3 of 5). What went wrong: - we received info on how to check long after the check in time had passed - upon arrival we found German cockroaches in the kitchen - nearly all of the bedding and sheets had faint stains on them plus none of the beds had proper bedbug covers. - landscaping wasn’t done when we arrived and the landscaper arrived unannounced and disturbed our practice on the only day we were staying at the house all day -no sponges to clean the dishes - we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and I had to have my participants go and buy more - the outlets in the front of the house didn’t work so electric vehicle charging was a pain - the pots and pans are old and Teflon. We also didn’t have enough cups for everyone and our group was only 7 people. - pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work plus no instructions for how to use the hot tub - when I shared my concerns with the host and requested a partial refund + the cleaning fee she refused so I had to get VRBO involved and open a case (more stress on me and more of my time wasted) What went right: Great location Beautiful property Comfortable beds

A fantastic property for a large group! We only had 12 but could have had maybe a dozen more. Great areas for privacy as well as group activities. Tennis court is also laid out for pickle ball. Rented a boat for one day and came to the property dock to pick everyone up. Two areas with large couches made for comfortable gatherings. All 12 of us fit easily at the dining table. Kitchen is the best equipped one I have ever rented. Need a new toaster but oven on broil solved that problem We really enjoyed the pool and spent much of each day there. Be careful of two loose tiles at the steps. The bridge dividing the pool gives the pool an interesting look. But it is pretty close to the water and we had one person make a pretty good bump on his head when he came up too quickly. We used the tv close to the pool to play music. Iknow the water was hot in the hot tub but didn’t know where to turn it on. Weather was too hot anyway. I highly recommend this property if you have a large group who wants to have a great time.

Great vacation with three families. The house had plenty of room to spread out and had a fantastic floor plan. Spacious rooms and enough bathrooms for everyone. Would like to have seen a better stocked kitchen; however, we made it work. Beautiful, private grounds with a security gate at entrance and private pond that is stocked with fish. The kids fished in the pond every day and really enjoyed it. This property is located in a very private area of the lake that has little to no boat traffic; great for kayaking. The house sits on top of a hill and there is a lot of vegetation & tree growth that impedes most of the lake view. However, there were parts of the house from which we could see the lake. There is a railroad-tie staircase that goes down to the lake and may be difficult to traverse for people with mobility issues. Property has trail that leads down to the dock and would be easily accessible with a 4x4 or UTV. We brought a boat and the dock was sufficient for our needs. The channel is extremely shallow; one must be very careful going to and from the main body of the lake. We did not bring our jet ski as there is no jet ski dock. The pool was great for our large party. It is about 6-feet deep on one end and about 3-feet on the other. Everyone enjoyed jumping off of the rock wall into the deep end of the pool. There are several outdoor grills to choose from. Tennis court was enjoyed multiple times daily by everyone and looks brand new! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

You also have to go down steps to get into the house and to the pool area. Not a real good place for toddlers and crawling infants as the stairways are too wide to use gates on and there is a sunken stone fireplace. It was nice to have multiple living areas so people could spread out for visiting or game playing. We did enjoy the swimming pool. This would be a good place for people who do not have issues with stairs and who do not have children under the age of five.

Disappointed the whirlpool was not working. AC kept house cool enough during the 100-degree days that we visited. Good set up of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Our 8 grandchildren loved the bunk room for them all to sleep in together. No closet or dresser in some bedrooms. Sheer curtains in bedrooms so no privacy and bright in early morning. Enough hot water for showers no matter what time of day used. No towel bars or hooks in several bathrooms. Quality of bath towels could be better. Kitchen area had large assortment of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Liked the large 10-person dining area and 6 seats at a kitchen area table. Two refrigerators helped with all our food for 16 people. The few maintenance problems we had were solved the same day, great response time. Group of 20 with 4 families...we've been traveling for years and this is by far the best house to accommodate us all comfortably. We had a great time. Only complaint is that we didn't book an extra day or two!
