Situated in Point Judith, this attractive entire house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This immaculate 2 bedroom traditional / cozy cottage in Breakwater Village is located within 2min walking distance from private beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including seating for 5. The living room boasts a recliner, queen size sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and wireless high speed internet. 2 Bed rooms, one with a full sized bed, the other with twin/full bunk beds. Bathroom has a stand up shower unit, and also has another heated shower that can be found outside. Cottage also has central A/C and heat for added comfort. Enjoy your stay with an outdoor BBQ on the front deck, complete with propane grill, table, chairs, and umbrella. *Please note: All linens; sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, etc ARE NOT PROVIDED. All guests are responsible for bringing their own. There is also no “on site” washer/dryer however, there are several nearby laundromats in the area. *NO PETS: sorry for the inconvenience, but there is a strict no pets policy set in place by the neighborhood association. Whether its a short bike ride, or just a stroll through the village, take in some of the breath taking views, and spectacular sunrise, and sunsets that it has to offer. *Change over days on weekly rentals is Saturday

Oct 2022What a wonderful little cottage in an adorable community! Rob has thought of everything to make things comfortable in a cozy cottage. We were there in the fall and unfortunately the weather was cool, rainy and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, outdoor shower or grill. But we saw all those things and think they'd be great in better weather. The neighboring houses are close but neighbors are very friendly. Since it was rainy we enjoyed hunkering down in the house, napping, watching tv, reading and drinking wine - a nice way to relax from busy lives. Thanks for a great stay Rob!

Jun 2022What an adorable cottage. It is surprisingly roomy. Very comfortable. All necessities are provided, and the grill worked really well. The area is super quiet and peaceful. I went on several walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach and met a few people on my travels. This is an area I never knew about and I loved it, and the cottage. 😀

Jun 2022We stayed here for the weekend of our son’s graduation from JWU. It was comfortable, cozy, very clean, and larger and lovier than it appeared in photos. We’d recommend this stay to others and would happily return. Rob was a communicative and helpful host - thank you!

Jul 2016We have been renting in Breakwater Village for eight years and this was our fourth different rental property to date ... and it was by far our favorite.
This beautifully decorated cottage is open and exceptionally clean, making it easy to "live" in for a week with kids, etc. The layout and where/how things in the cottage are stored also help to make it easy to live in, as well as easy to keep clean and organized. And the amenities (AC, fans, kitchen supplies, TV, outdoor shower) are a wonderful added bonus. The porch is also very spacious, with plenty of room to eat, relax, and stash roller blades and other small outdoor items.
The owner is exceptionally thoughtful and professional. He is organized, timely, and considerate, even following up with us when we left an item at the cottage after checking out.
Overall, an exceptionally beautiful cottage in a beautiful beach community. Can't say enough about this property!

Sep 2020We had an amazing week at Rob’s beach cottage. He was very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. The proximity to the community’s private beach made the experience so easy especially with an infant in tow. It was easy to socially distance on the beach and all of the neighbors were very friendly and respectful. Walking distance to Aunt Carries and Iggy’s and a short drive to grocery store and downtown Narragansett. We loved our first family trip to Rhode Island and would definitely stay at Rob’s again.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the well-stocked kitchen. The location was steps to the beach and the village of properties was well-kept and convenient to restaurants and shops.

Jun 2021This was our first summer vacation as a family of 4, and we were thrilled to see we could fit the pack n play in the room with the bunk bed. The house is sweet and well decorated, and the neighborhood is great- everyone was kind and the beach is so close and easy to get to. The outdoor shower was fantastic as well. Rob was wonderful to communicate with. We would love to return next summer!

Sep 2021This was a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation. The cottage looks as pictured, is clean, and is in a quiet, private community. It is so nice to be walking distance to the private beach and just a short drive from some of the other main attractions in town. Rob was also very responsive. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Oct 2021This cottage is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage is sparkling clean and well provisioned. A short walk brings you to the beach. A bit longer walk to the Point Judith lighthouse. A short car ride to wonderful parks, beaches, wildlife refuges. Wish we had more time.

Sep 2018The location is AMAZING!! The house was VERY Clean, and had a great beach vibe to it. You could not beat the out door shower either.. Highly recommend a family vacation here. The beach is less then 2 min walk with a 2.5 year old in tow... and it is absolutely beautiful.

I also appreciated that there was parking for more than one vehicle since my sister was staying there with me. We found it to be a very comfortable, cozy cottage and had a wonderful stay there.
