Situated in Isle of Palms, this lovely house for $275 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Goat Island is unique! Arriving by your own Private Boat, this is where the fun begins...... You can paint your own individual theme for your stay on the back of the Smiley Face, a game of Ping Pong on the front porch, laying in hammocks, fishing the back side of the island on Gray Bay, kayaking the ICW, swimming off the dock, and exploring Buccaneer Road. Enjoy beautiful sun sets and rises. Cook local oysters under the stars while sitting around a roaring fire, or bask in the sun for hours on your own private dock while your fishing and crabbing lines are out catching fresh seafood for dinner. The Smiley Face House can offer you all of this and more for year round fun and relaxation. The house has a complete wrap around deck so there is always shade or sun shine somewhere. This home features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed with one set of bunk beds, sleeping a total of six people. Home includes a fully equipped kitchen with several new appliances, 44" flat screen with complete direct tv, gas and charcoal grill, 4 kayaks 2 double and 2 single, dock, ping pong table, giant jinga, hook and hoop, games, and linens. There is an additional apartment available for rent that sleeps 2 people. It has 1 king size bed...Adults only...Please remember this is an island you can only get to by boat. If you do not have a boat we will be happy to provide a ride to and from the Island for check in and check out. If this is needed you must inform the owner when booking..

Great, relaxing trip! The house is just as pictured. The house was SUPER clean!! Kitchen was well stocked. Couches were super comfy! The owner, Jimmy lives next door and is SUPER helpful! He even gave my husband some live bait :) We had a great week!

We had a great time! Jimmy was very accommodating and we loved his place. We loved fishing off of the dock and just a short boat ride away from beaches. Perfect trip for the family.

Pictures do not do this property justice. The location was ideal for 2 small families. We found this home to be the perfect place to relax following our island beach trips (Bull Island/Capers). Jimmy was an excellent host and had a wealth of knowledge about the island. We 10/10 would recommend this property and will stay here again. Thanks Jimmy for the memories! P.S. Our favorite spot every evening was enjoying the summer breeze on the front porch while the kids played games and ping pong.

We had an incredible time. We’ve been in several houses on the island and this was our favorite. Had one rainy day and without bringing anything we had plenty to do to fill our day with fun. Not a wasted second of our stay.

The Smiley Face House is so much more than we expected! The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The porches. The docks. The entire property is amazing. Mr. Jimmy's hospitality puts the southern charm on the visit. He makes you wish you had more time to stay and wanting to come back.

Our family needed to reconnect and this property was the perfect chance to do so. Gray Bay was beautiful and we loved the dock and porches overlooking the ICW. My son enjoyed catching blue crab and my daughter enjoyed casting for shrimp. We couldn’t bring our boat but were able to rent one at a reasonable rate from Towlers Cove Marina. Jimmy was an excellent host and made this rental the perfect location. We highly recommend Jimmy for the personal touch and his Smiley Face house.

We had so much fun on this waterfront property. Beautiful setting. House was very nicely decorated. And the fishing and crabbing from the dock was a lot of fun. The owner is great and very helpful with anything you might need. This was our second time staying there , and we will definitely be back next year!
