The location of the Villa is brilliant. So close to amazing places. You will never get tired of exploring the beautiful Ciutadella. The Villa itself is exactly what you require on holiday. Has everything you would hope for. Private bbq, private pool and a fantastic sunset everyday.

La villa n°2, est une jolie maison, bien équipée même s'il manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine pour 7 personnes et d'équipement. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un souci avec la piscine non nettoyée et une fuite d'eau au sous sol (le problème a été réglé depuis). Joan le propriétaire a été très réactif et nous a proposé de déménager dans la villa n°1 juste à coté (location : 6659314a) dans laquelle nous avons terminé notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, la maison est grande, agréable, bien exposée avec une jolie vue mer) et très bien équipée. Idéalement placée, elle est localisée à proximité du port commercial et à 5mn en voiture du centre de la Ciutadella. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Le ménage est parfait. Joan s'est montré très disponible et accessible malgré la barrière de la langue. Une location que nous recommandons vivement et dans laquelle nous reviendrons certainement. A noter que cette localisation est idéale pour rayonner sur l'île.

Fue todo perfecto, la casa es como en las fotos, habitaciones amplias con vestidor, todo muy limpio, jardín y piscina cuidados... La comunicación muy buena también, pedimos unos cuchillos de cocina porque estaban rotos y nos los trajeron al día siguiente. Está en una urbanización tranquila, pero bastante cerca de Ciudadela y de una pequeña cala.

Mejorable, pero acogedora
La casa es de nueva construcción y está decorada con gusto. Pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento (hay algun desconchado, sale agua muy caliente de los grifos de la planta baja pero en la superior se regula mejor la temperatura). En cuestión de menaje y utensilios de cocina un poco justo para 8 personas, pero para 4 ha estado más que correcto. La piscina superbien, la zona es muy tranquila y se puede aparcar fácilmente.
