Wake before your crew for a quiet morning sipping coffee or mediating in the sun porch as you look across to the neighborhood pond. Located in a quaint neighborhood with students, professionals and longtime residents on a quiet dead end street less than a mile from the stadium. Close to the University of Florida, Publix, restaurants, Shands, and shopping. Located close to explore all of Gainesville and the numerous state parks and natural springs. Whether you are visiting a kiddo at college or just looking the enjoy the excitement of a big game , the University of Florida is conveniently just 10 minutes away.

We rented this house when we came down to drop our daughter off for her freshman year at UF. Location is perfect. Located right next to campus but it was in a quiet neighborhood so you could get away from the craziness of welcome week! The house offered us the space and serenity we needed to transition her for move in. It was clean with so much charm and coziness. Becky was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our gator!

Enjoyed our short stay at the house! It was clean, comfortable, and well-cared for. It was also in a quiet and convenient location and had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend. Only critique someone might have is that the home is an older home, but that didn’t bother us a bit. Another positive note, communication with the Owner was pleasant and timely.

We rented Stonehouse for our son’s graduation from UF and were very happy with our choice. The house is located a short distance from campus and close to everything. It is tucked away on a small Cul-de-Sac with a pond in the middle filled with turtles and fish.
We had a plumbing issue due to a previous tenant flushing had wipes down the toilet. The homeowner was quick to respond and had the plumber there in no time for a quick repair. Overall a good house and great location near UF.

What a beautiful house. The kitchen was amazing and had everything needed for preparing delicious meals. The sunroom was great for reading. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table talking, laughing, crying and eating. We so loved the Christmas decorations. It was awesome to have the laundry facilities on site since we were traveling for two weeks and didn’t want to pack that much clothing. We would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again if we come through Florida again. Thank you Becky.

We felt at home when we walked in the door. The home is cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood makes this stone house even more unique. The house is provided with all necessities, and then some. The location is very convenient to UF and downtown Gainesville. We loved our stay and wish we could of stayed longer. I highly recommend this special home.

This was the perfect house for our trip back to Gainesville to see the Gators play. It was an easy walk to/from the stadium, and the house was exactly as shown on the listing. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed your home. We came up to go to a game and celebrate our daughters birthday. Great location to the stadium, we were able to walk with no problem. My only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and some soap dispensers in the shower. Other than that it was great. Thnak you

Nice quiet house with early to mid 1900's charm. Very clean and well furnished. Close to UF which was very convenient for us as we came to drop off my freshman son at school. Only suggestion would be access to a washer/dryer, but otherwise the property was great, suited other needs perfectly. Owner communicated well and access (entry/exit) was easy. Highly recommended, would stay again.

It was seamless from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Close to campus and in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a pond. our host even had a bouquet of flowers waiting for my daughter to graduate. I give this property and this host a 10 out of 10!

Close to Stadium and Sports Arena
Went to Gainesville for a swim meet at the O’Connell center. Very convenient. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Will look to stay again the next time we’re in town.

We enjoy the quiet location and proximity to campus, dining, and shopping. The layout enables three people to comfortably work remotely. The kitchen is well equipped and the household furnishings are of good quality and taste. Certainly one of the best put together VRBOs we have experienced. We'll continue to look here first upon return to Gainesville!
