Located in Point Judith, this charming house for $375 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhome with view of the water was completely renovated in 2018. Located in Point Judith the home is just steps away from Aunt Carrie’s, The Bon Vue Inn, Iggy’s Clam Shack and Chair 5 located in The Break Hotel. A short walk (1 mile) to Roger Wheeler Beach, 1.5 miles to Scarborough State beach. 2 Miles from the Block Island Ferry. Central air conditioning completes this lovely open layout unit, perfect for families. Wifi included, full sized washer and dryer as well. Separate patio with dining table and Weber Grill, propane included. Pillow and blankets are provided, please bring your own linens and towels.

We enjoyed our week at Kelly’s place. It was generally clean and as described. Kelly was quick to respond to our questions. There was sufficient room for my husband and I and guests who stayed with us during the week. The laundry room was not as clean as the rest of the place, and some table lamps and mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice additions.

As others have said, it's super clean and very sparsely decorated. I do wish it had lamps so that I could cozy up and read in the evenings. Other than that, the kitchen is top notch complete with matching dishes, quality pots/pans and containers for leftovers. I don't know if it's an east coast thing, but I wish we didn't have to bring our own bedding. Getting in at 1 am, it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It would have been nice if there had been one coffee filter, too. That first morning was TOUGH, but what a beautiful part of the world and a great place from which to launch adventures. Lastly, very responsive (and pleasant) host, too!

House as described, clean, loved the front room that was separate from rest of house, convenient to store bikes, paddleboards, shoes, coolers etc. Multiple restaurants and ice cream a quick walk away, and the whole area was accessible by bike. Some parts did not have sidewalk as other reviewers mentioned, but for our older kids was no problem. We biked literally everywhere, with very little car traffic to worry about, even on main roads. 2 min walk to closest beach, wear water shoes because it's covered in river rock, and 5 min drive to swimming beaches. All beaches were clean. All food from the many restaurants we tried was great. We loved our stay. Can't wait to come back!

We found this listing as one of the only properties in our price range that still had availability, and we thought it looked good enough so we booked it. We were extremely happy when we arrived at the proximity to the water (and views), how well the house has been renovated, and how well it was stocked. Better than most rentals I’ve stayed in. The location is fantastic- walked to a rocky beach to drink my coffee every morning, and halfway between Roger Wheeler and Scarborough beaches. You could technically walk to both if you’re up for a good walk, but we just drove every day. Also a quick 5 min drive to Galilee for dinner at Champlain’s, although if you’re up for Iggy’s or Aunt Carrie’s, that’s just a couple minute walk.
I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back one day!

We loved this sparkling clean house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A beautiful walking beach is minutes away in addition to multiple restaurants and ice cream. Very quick, easy drive to the swimming beaches and Block Island ferry port. Very communicative and available host.

This is a great house for a small family or 2 couples. The property was newly renovated and well kept & well appointed. The owners have an adjoining home on-site and we’re very responsive to emails, or texts.

Quiet and lovely stay in Narragansett
Kelly’s property was very clean and well kept. On a nice, quiet street and It’s very close to the ocean and walkable to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. You’re a quick drive north to Narragansett Pier, which is where much of the action is with some restaurants and people watching. To go to beaches, you’re about a 5-10 minute drive to many of the state beaches in Narragansett. Bring water shoes! The rocks make it difficult to get into and out of the water. We bought some water shoes at the Stop and Shop and that helped a lot. Also about a 40 min drive to Newport, which was a great area to check out. Definitely do the mansion tour and if you want a great hike, do the Cliff Walk. Highly recommend this property!

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautiful as well as within walking distance to food, drinks and ice cream! Owners communicated with us before our stay and were very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this rental. If we return to RI next summer, we will be looking to rent here again!

Great rental in the heart of Point Judith
The house is within sight of the ocean and was clean and comfortable. It included a nice gas grill and a range of basic kitchen items and cooking utensils. The owner was very helpful in finding extra parking. Thank you!
