Located in Point Judith, this lovely cottage for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located in the beautiful Breakwater Village- a Private community Quaint and cozy ~ bright and beautiful - this cottage is located in a gated community only steps to the private beach. Very clean and well-appointed with beautiful decor and amenities. Everything inside of cottage is like new. Sunny with bamboo flooring, upscale furnishings and modern appliances including 42' HDTV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Washer/Dryer and Barbeque. All dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils and linens (sheets, blankets and towels) are supplied. Gorgeous private beach with drinks and food allowed. Take a long walk, do some crabbing in between rocks and enjoy the sun and breezes. Views of Block Island and just minutes to the ferry to get there. Enjoy daylight or nightlife in Newport (25 minutes away), Providence (40 minutes away) and Mystic, CT (50 minutes away.) The cottage is also within reasonable driving distance to Casinos. Great fishing and water sports -- it's a haven for surfers (watch them or join them!) Excellent area for walking, running, swimming and sightseeing. Restaurants including the infamous Spain Restaurant are close by. Italian, Asian, Pubs, Bistros, Tapas, Hamburger Joints, Pizza, the infamous Coast Guard House, Breakfast Nooks and the best seafood the East Coast has to offer (Georges is a good choice among many.) Dough Boys and Clam Chowder right around the corner. Many other restaurants close by. A barbeque is located on the home's roomy back patio with outdoor furniture. The yard is the largest in the village providing lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. Or just stay in relax in this cozy home and order delivery.! Bright and clean, great neighborhood. Kitchen didn't have hand towels only paper towels and no bowls bigger than a cereal bowl if you want to cook anything that requires mixing. I did pick some up at the Dollar Store and left them behind for the next guests.

Five minutes walk on quiet streets to private sands: it was a holiday weekend and there were at most a dozen people on the beach! Remarkable! Comfortable cottage…

Our small family had a wonderful time at this house! It was perfectly sized and kept nicely clean. The entire experience was very welcoming. Unlike other rentals that give you a single roll of toilet paper and also ask you to bring all of you own linens, this home was fully stocked with everything we could need. The owner was responsive to our questions and very courteous. The entire vacation experience was so pleasant!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here. It’s a great little home base for exploring the area, has close by beach access and all the basic amenities we needed.
A few of the instructions didn’t match reality, like the dumpster info which was pretty confusing and the TV remotes, but we figured it out. The beds are comfy but way softer than we are used to. We had to buy toilet paper and there was barely enough laundry detergent to wash the linens when we were leaving, but otherwise we had everything we needed and we were very comfortable here. Would come back!

We stayed for 3 nights end of January. Our first time in the area, and only 2nd time I use Vrbo. The cottage is near so many things and beautiful nearby beaches. From one of the rooms we could see the ocean. The place was warm, cozy and clean. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples. I would stay in it again for sure.

The only difficulty was not knowing how to get the Tv to work……although the instructions on the refrigerator said to go to hdmi2 that never worked and anything else I did didn’t work either….. so no tv at all.

Needed a few days to relax and unwind and this cottage was perfect. Brought my 9yr old child and they had a blast too. The only negative that we could speak of was that I would agree with the other reviews about the beds not being 100% comfortable. They weren't so bad that it effected any part of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location if you want to walk out the door to the beach. We stayed here for Christmas in 2018 and not sure any upgrades have been done since then. BREAKWATER VILLAGE
Great location if you want to walk out the door to the beach. We stayed here for Christmas in 2018 and not sure any upgrades have been done since then. Although we had to leave during hurricane Henri, we made the best of it upon returning. A full week in Breakwater village would of been a perfect vacation. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Breakwater Village is a great neighborhood for a relaxing vacation. The location of the cottage is awesome, just a short walk to the beach. It was also a luxury to have air conditioning since not all the properties in the area have it. The host was very responsive with questions. Overall, we had a great stay!
