Nestled in Wisconsin, this attractive entire house for $276 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Make memories on Big Silver Lake this year. Very quiet during the week. Three bedroom two bath updated house that can comfortably sleep 9 with largest bedroom a kids bunk room that sleeps 5 and additional pull outs in living room to sleep 3-6 more. Updated, reconfigured kitchen with new appliances and new flooring throughout are recent additions. The South Silver Lake Rd house is on a quiet and highest section of the lake. Fantastic views of the lake along with amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Big Silver is a crystal clear 350 acre spring fed lake that has abundant northern, large mouth bass and panfish. Pier easily accommodates two fishing boats or pontoon boats with a landing close by. Comes with all bedding, towels, two sea kayaks, two standup paddle boards, life vests and a swim to raft off the pier. High speed unlimited WiFi along with a smart TV included, bring your cable subscription. The garage has an extra refrigerator and deck has a large gas grill and a large Weber grill. Pontoon boat available for rent. We have also recently installed a PWC lift that is available. Sep 2021While this is an older cottage, it has all you need to enjoy your time at the lake. The view of the lake from the deck is great. The area is good for older children and adults as there is not a beach for little ones to play on. The owner has steps into the lake to make easy access. The lake does get deep fast so great for swimming and floating. Because we enjoy the water, we have our own floats and rafts but it appeared like there was plenty of water toys supplied by the owner. The owner was very responsive to any question and concerns we had and immediately responded to us. Thanks Frank.

We lucked out and, although it was raining upon our arrival, the weather was pristine for the remainder of the week which made our pontoon rides and time in the water, highlights of the week. This property was just as described; well stocked, and very comfortable for our large family. I loved the comfy furniture in the living area, ample seating for all of us to enjoy lounging and movie watching. The second refrigerator in the garage was super helpful too. Great hosts, Frank and Mary, helped this week go off without a hitch!

Sep 2019We selected this place for its great location on the lake and to the nearby town where we attended a wedding. Since the weather is questionable in September we needed to make sure we had a table big enough to play cards and enjoy each other’s company. This place has everything you need including fishing poles! They even had spices and condiments which made cooking an easier and fun task. It would be fun to come back in summer

Aug 2020We loved our stay & only wished it was longer. Such a relaxing spot, felt like being in a spacious treehouse perched above the lake. Home layout really well suited for extended family or two families. Plenty of airflow, but AC if needed. No dishwasher, but grill, washer & dryer, & WiF worked great. Lots of space to spread out for dining, games & reading. Comfy beds. We were in/on the lake a lot: kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming & leisurely boat rides. Lots of stairs to/from water, which wasn’t an issue for our group. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, nice side yard to use & neighborhood for walks. Double booking issue, but Frank worked it out with us ahead of time. Hosts present at check-in & out.

Jul 2019We had a fantastic time on Big Silver Lake with several friends visiting through out the week. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations. Lake was clean and warm. Use of the pontoon was well worth the money.

Jul 2020We enjoyed our week on Silver Lake ! The lake is clean and clear ! The house worked perfectly for our family . Well stocked with what we needed .Frank was very responsive and easy to work with .. would recommend this home to anyone ! Loved the sunsets from the deck or pier !

Jun 2021This place was perfect for our weekend stay. It was tastefully decorated and it had multiple bed rooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area/kitchen. The deck outside was a bonus. My only grief is the $1500 security deposit that I had to prepay on booking. Like other Vrbos, there is a better way to manage this and have it taken out the week before and released the week after.

Sep 2020The lake and the view were great. It was a long walk down many stairs to get down to the lake. If someone had problems walking, it would be a difficult place to stay. However, we enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The weather was perfect for a day in late September. The deck was a nice place to sit and have coffee.

Jul 2022Spacious and cozy lake house with all the comforts of home. Spectacular view of the beautiful lake from the deck and even inside the house. Great location close to town with amazing local resteraunts. Wonderful hosts with great communication. Hopefully we can return.

It was a smooth experience all around which allowed us to focus entirely on our vacation - and this was a great place to enjoy that!

We rented a pontoon boat and it served as a floating living room right on the water, offering great family social time tethered at the dock and out on the lake. We all agreed this house on this lake made for a magical family bonding week. A place we would gladly return to.

Sep 2022My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is nicely updated and has great Lake access and a wonderful water view right off the deck of the house. Great hosts greeted us on arrival. You will have all the comforts of home as the kitchen is super well equipped and in great working order and plenty of seating for family meals, games and relaxing. We rented the pontoon for a special treat. We’ll be back!

Oct 2019My family (3 kids 10 and under) recently stayed and had a fantastic time. The weekend getaway was just what we needed to unplug a bit and recharge. The weather was a little bit of a bummer though we were still able to take the boat out (WORTH IT) and use the fireplace to warm back up.
The home is very clean and Frank was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. The views are impressive and we even saw a few bald eagles!
The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flatware, cups etc
After a few questions, sounded like they were out of coffee filters and when we arrived they were fully stocked!
I highly recommend this property and hope to be back in the summer time for some outdoor fires on the patio
