Located in Chandler, this attractive entire house for $258 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Having been listed with HomeAway/VRBO (our 6th listing), since January 2015, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has received over $30,000 in renovations over the past three years. The home sits on a very private 1/3 acre cul-de-sac lot, in a safe and established neighborhood. The great room and large master bedroom open to the huge back yard that includes a 30 ft covered deck, heated salt-water swimming pool with water fall and spa (hot tub)..... Heat for the spa is included with the rental rate..... The pool heating fee is additional. (Please ask for details as the fee varies during the year.) * A 600 sf 3-hole putting green (synthetic grass) was recently installed. It can also be used as a play area for the kids or pets. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the other two each provide a queen-size bed. Enjoy 3 HD TVs with DirecTV, BluRay/DVD and WIFI. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided, including all kitchen utensils, paper goods and linens. Plenty of parking is available in the 2 car garage, drive-way and street. The rate includes all utilities, pool service, DirecTV, WIFI and landscaping. The home is conveniently located near the Valley's major freeways (I-10, Loop 202, and Loop 101), to easily and quickly get you around town. It's only a mile from one of the Valley's top shopping malls, with numerous restaurants, movie theater, and a Costco. Two casinos, several golf courses, an outlet mall and other dining and entertainment options are only minutes away. And, it's an easy and short drive to Tempe, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.

Sep 2019While doing a cross country motorcycle trip, I was able to spend three days at this property. Super clean, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Questions were answered very quickly by owner. The home is super, set up for a visiting stranger making you feel very at home. Steve was awesome to deal with and the house is great. I will definitely stay at this property, or any other that Steve manages. I feel confident saying that things would be better than expected. Thanks Steve.

May 2021What a fantastic Place to stay! Close to grocery stores and shopping, Pretty much 20 Mins from just about anywhere we went. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We spent a ton of time in the Oasis in the back yard! Loved waking up to fresh brewed coffee poolside! Steve (the host) was fantastic even going out of his way at times!
We will definitely be coming back here!

Mar 2021We spent most of our time outside and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of outdoor seating in the sun or shade. We would stay here again.

Nov 2020We just returned from our stay in Chandler, AZ and can NOT speak highly enough about our experience at Steve's property. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect, the putting green was super fun....and we loved eating our meals outside under the covered patio.
Steve was easy to communicate with, had instructions/information about EVERYTHING at the house, and he was quick to respond to any questions we had.
If you are looking to escape reality, safely spend time as a family somewhere away from home,...you need to book this house! WE have already shared this property with 3 families from MN who are looking to book a getaway!

Mar 2022We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The home was clean and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa worked perfectly. The putting green was a nice touch too! Lots of restaurants in the area plus all you need to prepare meals including a nice grill. The owner communicated well and made the whole process super easy.

Nov 2021We had a really great girls getaway weekend. Steve was very accommodating and attentive. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. The instructions for the hot tub were a bit intimidating at first but we were able to easily follow. The house is on the end of a street. The only noise is from the highway and it’s easily drowned out by the waterfalls. Steve left a nice basket of snacks and there was water in fridge. There was plenty of paper products, soaps, kitchen supplies and even shampoos. It was a really nice stay. Thank you!

Dec 2019We had a great week at this home. It is well taken care of and comfortable for our family. Steve is very meticulous with the information about the house and instructions so very easy to get acquainted with the pool and appliances. It is also very well located to access the freeways to get around . Would stay here again.

Oct 2019Very nice, clean and comfortable home. This listing is accurate and everything was as we expected. We were very fortunate that Steve accommodated us for a bit of an early check in and offered a late check out as well if we needed. The outdoor space was amazing - the pool, hot tub, putting green and bbq area. We definately spend some extra time searching this aspect out for our vacation and it did not disappoint. Steve was instantly available for any questions we had - Go ahead, book and enjoy!!

May 2022This property is just as listed, it was very clean, spacious, plenty of amenities, stocked as well as any place I have ever used. The communication with the host was A1. Only issue was dealing with the pool and spa, the back yard living space is beautiful, there are many blooming trees and it is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but it happened to be extremely windy and it blew those flowering buds everywhere into the pool and hot tub. the host was great about the situation and did everything possible to make it right, and I understand that somethings are unavoidable. We are pool people on vacation so it brought it down a bit they only reason I couldn't give a 5 star. I would surely stay here again though, the location, set up and ease of contact with the host make the place a winner.

Mar 2021This property is close to restaurants, stores, airport and points of interest. It was nice to have some spices, oils, baggies, paper products, etc that you need but don’t necessarily want to buy for just a week. The backyard provided an oasis to hang out and have fun with games The owner was very responsive, helpful, and provided a lovely welcome basket!

May 2019This property has great bones..........all rooms throughout this vacation are spacious, well appointed and equipped. The backyard offers a comfortable covered patio, large pool with water feature, nice outdoor cooking experience and your own personal putt putt course. our grandchildren and their two puppies were never bored and had a large backyard play and roam. The property is one traffic light and two minutes from the Chandlar Fashion Center and Mall offering you and your family unbelievable shopping and dining opportunities. In addition, Steve was a great host and always responded in a timely manner if we had a question. If you are looking for a family friendly property and experience, you can't go wrong here.

Oct 2019This is the 2nd time renting Steve's property and I will be back. The house is clean, stocked with everything you might need, and the location is truly a getaway. I can't say enough about Steve. He is at your service with anything you might need. I personally got to meet him this time and he's just an awesome guy and definitely cares about his renters. 5 stars is not enough!

Jan 2022This is a very nice property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful back yard, and the pool/spa area is perfect for relaxing. We used the spa every day, and even jumped into the heated pool a few times. The putting green was also a hit with our family. The inside of the house was very clean, and had everything we needed. Steve, the property manager, immediately responded to any questions we had regarding the property. The Chandler area is fantastic with plenty to do and see. We traveled to Phoenix to see our son graduate from ASU, and the property is only about 20 minutes from the ASU campus, so it was perfect for us. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Phoenix area.

Nov 2022This home was beautiful. We loved the pool and the hot tub. They had all the essentials that you need. Communication with owner was excellent. I wish there would have been a ladder going into the big pool. With bad knees it was hard to get in. Good location to many restaurants.

Steve, the manager is very attentive and made the entire process from check-in to check-out easy. The house was stocked with incidentals which was very nice. We would definitely rent here again.
