Walk To The Beach, Restaurants And Wine Tasting!

We loved the property and the location was perfect. We never had to drive anywhere. My only suggestion would be to get a faster brewing coffee pot. We have some major coffee drinkers in our group. ;-) Great memories there!

We had a girls weekend and this place was perfect and spacious for 6 ladies. Very clean and perfect location for all restaurants, coffee and beach access! Kelly was very helpful, very quick to respond and a great host!

We absolutely loved the property and the location! Plenty of space for a family of 5 adults and great location with walking distance to downtown Pismo. Lots of extra amenities like rooftop fire pit, BBQ, indoor electric fireplaces, and beach chairs. Our only suggestions are to replace a couple of the kitchen pots and pans, provide BBQ utensils, and advertise pictures of the rooftop deck/chairs/fireplace — that was the best part!! :) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We absolutely loved our stay!! Loved the open floor concept, comfortable beds, grill, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable location. The host was very responsive and had so many great recommendations for food and activities nearby. Would definitely love to stay again!

Very clean and nice property. Wonderful location. Perfect set up for co workers to have their own floor/bathroom. Hotel rooms were far more expensive during our stay than renting a house.

This was the perfect house for our weekend . The weather was dreamy. Tons of room for 6 adults . Super nice, clean & the roof top for coffee in the morning & a cocktail for happy hour was the cherry on top . Everything was in walking distances. We will be back 🌴❤️

This three level townhome is very well-appointed and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs. Kelly, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating to every request we made. Loved the two car garage, which made it convenient to unpack and reload the cars, as well as keep them safely parked inside, as there was very little street parking available in front of the home. There are a few restaurants within very short walking distance, and the pier and downtown shops and restaurants are a few short blocks’ walk away. The master bedroom suite on the third level is spacious and beautifully appointed, with a door to the circular staircase that leads to the rooftop deck, with a fire pit and comfy chairs, which afforded us absolutely gorgeous sunsets and panoramic views of the area! It’s a great place to relax and chill; even the dogs acted like they were on vacation! Two caveats, but not complaints: we are all seniors who live in single-story homes, including the dogs, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge for us. Our little dog was fine navigating the first two flights, but we had to carry him up the longest flight. Also, the grounds are nicely landscaped, but there’s no grass for your dog to do his duty; be prepared to take a long walk to get the job done! Hope you choose this place for your getaway; you won’t be sorry!

This property is just as described. The location can not be beat. Park the car and hit the beach and town within minutes. The home is sparkling clean, well equipped and super comfy. Kelly is very responsive and helpful. We’ve rented homes all over the world for years and wouldn’t change a thing about this property. Looking forward to our return!

You can get to Old West Cinnamon Rolls in less than 5 minutes or a delicious pizzeria literally around the corner. And don't get me started on the beautiful view from the rooftop! A perfect place to sip coffee and listen to the ocean in the morning!

This isn’t really nice condo—kitchen is well equipped, furnishings are in great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. They are generous with supplies and everything we needed was there when we arrived. Only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps eight, however, it would have been very uncomfortable to sleep our seven adults without a blowup bed from home (they had extra sheets, blankets and pillows).

This house had everything we needed and more. Great layout on three floors for the 5 of us and the dog. Fully stocked kitchen for us to eat in almost every meal. Beautiful roof view of the town and ocean. Convenient, safe to walk everywhere. It was a great stay!

The property was perfectly located between restaurants and the beach. Very clean and dog friendly with a great second floor balcony. We would definitely rent here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful. So many beach rentals are hard to get excited about.. This one is roomy and well-decorated. My first thought was that I wanted to buy it. The location is perfect. Restaurants, the beach, and downtown are all within an easy walking distance. The view from the rooftop is really impressive. I loved being able to keep my car in the garage the whole time.. The owner is really responsive. I couldn't find the original email of how to get in and he got right back to me. I highly recommend this place.

The location of this property, less than 2 blocks from the beach, was ideal for us. There was plenty of space for 2 couples and the layout gave privacy to all. The pictures are very accurate and the home was spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of glasses, dishes, and cookware. Seating in the living room is very comfortable and made for enjoyable evenings together. The walk to town is easy and flat, so that driving was not necessary except to go to the store and venture farther afield. The view from the roof deck is lovely, though it was a bit tricky to carry drinks/snacks up the spiral staircase.

The house was in the best location. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was perfect for our mini getaway.
