Located in Marco Island, this attractive house for $475 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our home at 925 Arawak Avenue is just an easy two block walk to the least crowded access path to Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels for your convenience. No need to pack up your car and hunt for parking to visit the beach. You may never want to leave the sanctuary of this professionally designed residence. It features a gleaming, white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen island, media area and living room. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with plush mattress, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. Master bath has double vanity, separate shower and luxurious soaking tub. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, provide privacy on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with stone mosaic floor. Open the triple glass sliders from the living room and walk into your paradise; the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs and covered dining area. Separate outdoor patio with grilling and seating. Free high speed wireless internet and three new flat screened TVs. There is nothing better than the warm southwest sun while lounging poolside. Overall, we absolutely loved our 2 week vacation here in Marco Island. The house and the host Alan are fabulous. We loved the location and the home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. We had a very minor issue that the host responded immediately too and it was taken care or very quickly. Alan also checked in on us and was willing to give any help or answer questions about some weather that was coming through. I can say without reservation that this was a wonderful vacation home. Overall fantastic vacation, thank you Alan

This is our 2nd stay at this awesome house. Everything described in the description and photos is accurate. The location is an easy walk to the fabulous Marco beach. July is a little toasty in southern Florida, but the combo beach/pool made everyday spectacular. Do not be deterred by the Florida summer forecasts, it said rain everyday, but we only say rain a couple of times during the day for 20-30 minutes and a couple storms during the night. Nothing with the weather change any of our plans.
Back to the house - bikes, beach cart/chairs, enough towels for a dozen people. We left the garage refrigerator stocked with beverages on the way out. Also left (2) twin self inflating mattresses for future guests.

House was perfect for a family of 5. The house was well equipped with everything you needed and had so many things to start out your stay (tissues, paper towels, soap…) The pool and covered area was amazing!! Location made it easy to get to the beach, and the owners had everything you needed for the beach. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with if you needed anything.

This is our second time staying at this amazing property. The house is exactly as described - spacious enough for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters and includes everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay.
The best part? Feet on the sand in exactly 6 minutes from the front door to the breathtaking Marco Island beach. Alan and Anisia are wonderful hosts - Alan checks in and makes sure everything is perfect and is available anytime you need him.
We loved our stay and look forward to returning to Rufina again!

Alan and Anisia are the perfect owners/hosts. Their Marco home is spotless, beautifully decorated and furnished, and in the most perfect location. The neighborhood is awesome, and we were able to stroll the two blocks to the beach with the provided beach cart, chairs and umbrellas in less than 5 minutes. The heated pool is sunny and inviting—and perfect for an early morning swim or post-beach dip. There are several shaded conversation and dining areas on the lanai if you need respite from the sun for awhile. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry is well stocked with spices, condiments and items not normally found in short term rental homes—as were the bathrooms. Finally, the owners were incredibly quick to respond to our pre- and post-booking questions. Do yourself a favor and book this home for the best vacation ever.

We have stayed at a condo on the beach our last few visits, but really enjoyed being in a house close to the beach this time. The home was very well appointed and had anything you could possibly need, they thought of everything. They had high quality beach chairs and a cart to take everything to the beach. Beautiful lanai and pool, loved eating breakfast outside and chilling at the pool after the beach. Two family members had to work and the house was set up perfectly for working. Alan was very available and responsive. Can't say enough about how great our vacation was. Counting the days until we can return.

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this home! Our group likes to cook every night and the kitchen was well appointed. The rest of the home was well supplied as well...just pay it forward and restock if you are the last one to use it up. We ate outside by the pool each evening, explored the Everglades, biked around Marco Island and visited Naples one day. The spacious beach is a short walk from this home. They had a convenient beach cart in the garage which we used every day to haul chairs and bags to the beach. Will definitely return to this home the next time we are in southwestern FL.

Family Vacation
This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint! It is a beautiful home with fantastic amenities and in close proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping. Our only regret is not staying longer than a week! We will definitely be returning :)

Home Away From Home
This property was perfect for our family of 4. I normally don't sleep well, and have a hard time relaxing on vacation when I stay in hotels. That didn't happen on this trip to Marco Island. The house was so clean, beautiful, and had everything that we needed, I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Alan was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

We are a family that prefers renting houses versus staying at hotels. We loved this house! It was nicely laid out - our girls had their side of the house and we had ours. I love the lanai and direct access via the sliding doors. The house was very bright and cheerful and clean- well stocked. We really didn't need a car at all - the entire area is walkable from the house. The beach is less than 5 min away via a beach access boardwalk right next to the JW Marriott. It's a gorgeous soft white sand beach with crystal clear water that tricks you into thinking you are in the Bahamas. I ran the. beach every single day but wear sneakers or your feet will be destroyed by all the shells. The grocery stores are close by, fully stocked. There are so many restaurants you won't be able to visit them all in 1 week. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Finally, Alan is the epitome of a great host. He called while we were en route from the airport to the house to make sure we didn’t have any questions and also checked in during the week. The communication was great.
We already rebooked for next year and look forward to coming back.

wonderful time at an exceptional property
This was our first time not staying in the "condo on the beach" on Marco Island, and the experience was excellent. The house is situated in a great location - a very short walk to the public beach access. Having a "private: pool was truly enjoyable. All accommodations were as described. We had a wonderful time and cannot thank Alan (and family) enough.

Spacious, well-appointed home
Rufina is a gorgeous, well-appointed, well-equipped home that takes the stress out of vacationing. Unlike the usual beach house that has a few beat up pots and pans and maybe a spice or two, Rufina has many basics so that one doesn't immediately have to go to the grocery store. It's located just a short walk from an expansive white sand beach with good shelling. And the pool is a major plus! We had a wonderful week away!

This place is so great, we’ll definitely be back! The AC keeps you nice and cool inside and the pool keeps you nice a cool outside! It’s really a lovely place, it has the perfect layout so adults can enjoy themselves after the kids go to bed. It’s a short walk to the most beautiful beach! I’ve been to a lot of beaches around the world, and Marco Island has the best sand I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting my toes in. And seashells everywhere! The kids loved it! I’m so glad we picked this place over a crowded hotel!
