Roger was incredibly attentive and his place was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub, and they even jumped in the pool for a few quick cannonballs! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we need. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay again!

This home had everything we needed. We ranged in ages with a toddler, teenagers and young aduts (a total of 10). We walked back and forth to Disney (about 20 min walk) but it was nice to be able to get some in a home. Roger is super attentive and answered my text immediately. This home accommodated our family of 10 with no issues and i love how there was plenty of parking in the driveway.

The home was easily found. Clean, home away from home. Christmas tree with decorations and lights greeted us once we opened the door. Perfect home for a family vacation! Host answered questions quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Roger was awesome! So quick to respond to questions. We had 4 children (ages 5 to 12) and 6 adults for our Disneyland vacation so we needed the large house. The 4 bedrooms were spacious. There were plenty of towels and blankets in the closets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved having 3 bathrooms and so many beds. The kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. It was too cold for the pool!
Getting into Disneyland was not as easy as stated in the house description but we just took Uber for $6-$7 each way per car. We had a bit of a wait for Ubers on Monday morning but otherwise they were fast.
Room for improvement:
1] the strollers are old and dirty so we rented stroller in Disneyland
2] the master ensuite shower had moldy grout
3] furniture is pretty old and ripped
4] there was no body wash or conditioner in the master ensuite shower
Overall it is a nice big house and we would stay here again.

Accommodations were excellent! Eight people and 3 bathrooms YES!!!! More than enough beds. Landlord is very friendly and easily accessible if needed. Had a few questions and he was right on it! We would stay again!!!!

This property is very close to Disneyland and would be great for a family with small children. There was detergent supplied for the washer and dryer which was great! We really enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for our large group. We did not utilize the pool but we did use the stroller in the garage for the park. Roger was very nice and helpful and did not bother us at all. Great host!

Property is very close to Disney. We walked to the park every day. Hot tub was great at night to just relax and enjoy.

Very happy with this booking, everything was very clean and comfortable. Some furniture is showing wear and tear (this is a highly utilized rental). I was disappointed at the condition of the strollers available and would recommend taking your own (The full size stroller had the basket held on by tape which ripped the last day when we collapsed it for the tram ride, the headrest on the seat was missing and one of the shoulder straps. The other strollers had some missing safety belts or were very dirty. The owner was going to look at/repair after we left so I would contact him directly for more info). Owner reached out the day of check-in and part way through the week- very responsive and friendly. FYI: Two of the three twin beds are actually bunk beds, there is one bed safety rail and a pack-n-play available as well. The cribs are in the master bedrooms and are too big to move through the doors to put in other locations (one of the cribs is full size the other is a mini-crib). We set up the pack-n-play in the kids room and put the mattress from the mini-crib in it for our son to sleep in (he doesn't do well sharing a room with us), worked well and he slept great.

The house was perfect for our family of 7, the kitchen had everything you need. The excersaucer was broken but the playpen worked for a 1 year old. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes as we had strollers so didn’t use the tram. Overall great location and family house.

This property is convenient, clean and very comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to any need or question. Check in and out was quick and easy. Information about the property was provided before we arrived which was very helpful. We had a great week here. Roger was very, very helpful and responsive with any questions/issues. We didn’t use the pool as much as we hoped because the ladders getting in/out weren’t great for my parents (both in their 70s), but hottub was fine!
The ART bus has a stop at the hotel right across the street - super easy rides back and forth to the park entrance! You can also walk to Pixel parking garage and take tram.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Roger was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house is in a quiet, safe area within walking distance of Disneyland property. We would be happy to stay here again if returning to Disneyland!

The house is well-loved - some things are showing their age or some wear, but everything functions and does its job!
We really enjoyed having the huge pool right out the back door and used it daily when we came back to the house for a break during the heat of the day. The hot tub was great to give the aching feet a quick soak.
The A/C kept the home nice and cool.
You can walk 30-40 mins to Disney/DCA or walk to the parkade and go through security there and get on the tram (no wait times in the middle of the day) to lessen your walk - timewise about the same but saves your feet some steps.
Gas station across the street was handy when just needed a grocery item or two.
Overall would definitely recommend to those wanting an affordable home with a pool within walking distance to Disney!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to the parks. We walked everyday from the house to Disneyland and California Adventure. It is a good mile walk to get to the entrances, but you can also ride the monorail into Disneyland or catch the ART bus in front of the Holiday Inn.
The house was very clean!
The kitchen was well equipped with what appeared to be almost brand new stove and refrigerator. Everything was in working order in the kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, and drinkware.
The bed in the master bedroom (the back one) was a little weird. It seemed like the mattress was bigger than the box springs resulting in feeling like you were falling off the bed at times. I would recommend replacing it so that the mattress and box spring are the same size.
The living room is a nice size, but the sofas and recliners are all pretty broken down. None of the recliners would recline anymore. I would also recommend replacing them as well.

Great place for a family vacation if you are planning to go to Disneyland. We stayed here for a week for a much needed bonding and relaxation with family.
The rooms was very spacious, very clean, and had the home appliances we needed. Everyone in my family has their own space and more. Maybe half mile walk to Downtown Disney. Mr Luo, the host was very helpful and responsive. Place is in central location and in a busy street but that doesn’t bother us. Kids had fun playing at the garage. Some furnitures are already well worn but its not really a hassle for us. Too bad we didn’t get to play at the pool because we were so tired. Besides being next to Disney, its also near the Anaheim Packing District which is a good place for dinner. Best part is that you can watch the Disneyland fireworks by the front door. We made the kids sit outside and enjoy the fireworks before going to bed.

We had a great stay here. This house with 2 master bathrooms, plus 2 additional bedrooms and a third bathroom was the perfect layout for our family members who live in 3 households. Plenty of room to spread out yet also come together for meals. The kitchen is beautiful: modern and very well stocked with everything you could need. It was so nice to be able to do laundry and not have to worry about buying detergent. We felt right at home. We didn’t have young children with us, but it would have been very accommodating for them as well. It’s a 1.2 mile walk to the park gates, cutting through the entrance to the cast parking lot and Downtown Disney. The security line on that side is much quicker. If you are going to Disneyland, take the Monorail to get in and out of the park even quicker. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The owner is fabulous to deal with and I appreciated that he was very easy to communicate with.

This property is great for large family stays and is very close to Disneyland. For a small fee, the local transit picks up across the street at the Holiday Inn and takes you to the gates of Disneyland and Disney CA.
We had twelve people in our group and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out, including a play area in the garage for pool and foosball. Having three bathrooms was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. Would definitely stay again.

The home is perfectly comfortable. Nothing fancy, but enough space inside for a group. Above ground pool and hot tub, which we did not use, take up most of the small yard. We only used the bed in the main bedroom and it was comfortable.
We Ubered to Disneyland most of our stay to save our feet (the tram is a 10-15 minute walk from the house on a busy road and we knew we’d be doing enough walking at the parks so we only did this on day 1), costing $8-12 per trip without tip (please tip!)
Things to note:
* the house is very close to the intersection of two busy roads, so be prepared for some street noise.
* Property manager is friendly and provides plenty of information on the home upfront, but was a little too communicative for me. Received duplicate information from him a couple times, and I’m still getting texts from him weeks after our trip (reminder to review the property, article forwards about Anaheim and Disneyland), which I have never experienced when renting a vacation home, and would not recommend an owner or manager doing.
Overall, the trip was just fine. We appreciated having a comfortable place to stay somewhat close to the parks.

We had a wonderful stay. It is close enough to Disneyland that you could actually walk but we took the ART bus. Drop off and pick up was right across the street at the Holiday Inn so it made it very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days walking at Disneyland. The house is a 20 minute walk to Disney land. We where able to walk to and from the park every day.
The house isn’t luxurious but very comfortable and very, very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed having the pool and the hot tub felt great after a long day in the park.

This is half of a double. The layout was perfect for two couples as the third bedroom separated the two large bedrooms upstairs. Patti accommodated our request to use a "free and clear" detergent on linens and towels. She also went out of her way to make it possible to watch the super bowl on the big screen in the living room. Located centrally next to the bay side, you could see the bay and gulf from the front of the house. The heated swimming pool in the private yard was really relaxing. We were able to walk to a number of places easily including the beach and it was nice to have folding chairs available for the beach. Patti gave us lots of leads on the best places to go and restaurants/bars. It was very nice to have a two car garage to park our rental car (no worry about vandalism). We highly recommend this property.

Roger was awesome in his communication with us throughout the entire process. The house was clean and looked exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable and it was wonderful to have a hot tub at the end of the day after walking miles and miles around the resort. Great place to view the fireworks. This is a spacious rambler close to Disneyland.

We chose this property for it's location close to Disneyland park and the size fit our entire family. Great communication throughout the process and stay. Pool and hot tub were nice add-ons to the property as well as the game room with pool table and foosball. It's a great base location for your trip to Disneyland a short walk to the trams that take you right into the park. Hot water was good for entire group to shower and get ready every morning.

There is no question we will use this property or other properties owned by this owner. We merged 9 adults with 4 young children and we had an amazing time. Plenty of activities on the off-disney days. The house was clean with plenty of supplies(strollers, sand buckets, beach towels, etc. ) to make our trip easier. The host was extremely attentive to help with any issues we had and there really wasn’t anything for us to report on. If you need a place to stay with a large group this is the place to be!!
