We stayed at this condo over the holidays (day after Christmas to New Years). The place was clean and very well supplied (extra linens, kitchen stuff, paper towels, etc). Great setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs for adults and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor for kids. Great kitchen/living area for family meals and game time. Ski in/out looked great (just not enough snow at the time for us). Also a super easy drive to the base lodge for skiing. John was very responsive, including getting a plumber to fix the drain on one of the bath tubs. Great stay, would highly recommend .

We rented the property for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 8 of us so we had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are split, two upstairs and two downstairs so it was convenient to split up the families, one up and one down. The house was clean, the location was beautiful the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and we all enjoyed it very much. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Would definitely go back.

Perfect spot for an extended family visit for Santa’s village (25 min drive). Spacious 3-story layout and ample bathrooms for multi-family stay. Nicer decor than expected for price point, huge great room TV and fireplace. Beautiful snowy slope hike and streams just behind property. A special and memorable choice!

Just stayed at this condo with my two sisters and our families and boy did we have a wonderful time! The view of the mountains from the living room is gorgeous! Especially during the fall with the beautiful color change! We hiked the ski trails in the backyard and used the fire pit for s’mores too! Had brunch at the Omni hotel both mornings we were there and it was a very close drive there and to the Cog railway which we took to the top of Mt Washington! The condo had everything we needed for family dinners pots pans and serving dishes! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and fit our group of 9 easily! The gas fireplace was our favorite part and so easy to use with the flip of a switch. Stay here! The condo is wonderful! Photos don’t do it justice!

This house was plenty big to fit our group of 9 adults and 2 children. The dining table in the common area was large enough for us to all sit and enjoy meals together and play games, which is something we always look for. We even used the grill one night and had a fire in the backyard which was enjoyable. The house is fully stocked and there was no need to bring anything additional. John was very pleasant to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. He even swung by quick to fix a loose toilet bowl seat. (We didn't need it fixed, but wanted to make John aware so that he could repair and also know we found it that way.) We would definitely return!

The house worked great for our family of 12. The area is beautiful, and having access to resort amenities, particularly the pool was a big bonus with the kids.
The owner, John was even better quickly addressing a small issue with the door lock, and even refunding a part of our rental for it, even though it wasn't necessary. I didn't ask for it, he just did it, fantastic.

House was very accommodating for the 10 of us. The kids had the spaces downstairs and the adults were upstairs. Views were magnificent from the balcony. Loved the fire pit and new gas grill. We did find some cobwebs in the windows, and the one bedroom ceiling fan makes a noise while running, and we did have problems with the storm doors, being replaced now but overall a great stay! Thanks

This place was perfect, with eight adults we had plenty of space. Three bathrooms made things easy and the gas fire place was great after a long day of skiing. I don't think you could get much closer to the slopes. Well stocked kitchen and large dinning room table was great for all of us to eat at. Hope to be back some day.

A beautiful, spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family or group. Gorgeous mountain views in a quiet, wooden haven. Less than 30 minutes to Santa’s Village (our destination), and a 5 minute drive to the famous Mount Washington Hotel. The host was responsive and helpful with information, and info about the house was detailed and accurate. The house was well-stocked, including the kitchen (everything you’d ever need).
We enjoyed a lovely stay! Would recommend to anyone and hope to go back soon!

We picked this place for the central location between Santa’s village and Storyland, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed when we returned home at night. Communication from the owner with info prior to our stay was great. We would happily return!

Wonderful ski week!
We were a group of 4 adults, 6 teens, and two little dogs and had a most wonderful week! The condo was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Our kids loved the easy access to the slopes which made it so easy for them to stop for snack breaks. John was a great communicator throughout the process. we will be back!

The house layout was ideal with 5 beds plus pull out couches on main floor and two en suite bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the large table was great for eating and family games. Ski out location is excellent! John was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Loved the easy access to ski slopes! All the young adults had a blast (2 family rooms!) as did their parents!
One issue is the shuttle service is not currently serving the townhomes due to COVID and we could not take our car off mountain during the storm - so plan accordingly!
