Located in Coconut Grove, this charming entire house for $97 per night is a great choice for your next break. Property is on a corner lot on quiet street with full bath, kitchen and living room. It has a fenced in yard for small pets. Close to everything! 10 minutes to downtown. 15 minutes to South Beach. 10 minutes to Miracle Mile, Sunset Place. 5 minutes to Cocowalk, Merrick Park. Great, friendly neighborhood. I live in the other unit with my little Maltese, Brooklyn where we have our own separate entrance. Welcome!

When we first got there he seemed nice, but after getting inside I got creepy vibes as if someone was watching me , he also didn’t include it was a home add on that he lived at. We was there about 2hr before grabbing something to eat we come back and my turtle was stolen not missing stolen! I then ask him if anyone else has access to his home he said no, we then check the whole room for my turtle and find nothing , after getting a full refund and leaving my turtle Mysteriously pops up, I 110% believe he took it. Shady place!

A great spot to stay in Coral Gables!

This is a cute, well-equipped bungalow which is larger than the photos make it appear. And, it was immaculate. Nick was a terrific host, very personable and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. (For example, he recommended a restaurant that was exceptionally good.) We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The parking is easy and the neighborhood is quiet. A good choice!

Quiet clean, convienent for our needs.. Would rent again.

Virtual cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Gables and Grove hotspots. Owner very accessible, a nice unit.
