Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away. Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer. Covered parking for 2 cars. This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fees will apply once approved.

IT was a great time to spend with our family during the 4th of July. We celebrated both of my sons birthdays and the 4th of July together in an amazing, well maintained, very comfortable place.

Nice property but property management not
The rental floor plan was perfect for our needs. Mostly clean, except the carpet had many stains. Our complaint is that the management company withheld $185 of the security deposit because they said an upstairs window was opened, even though there was a sign about not opening it, and it needed to be “professionally” closed. They sent a photo as proof. While I don’t think any of us opened that window, I can’t prove it. Also, if they didn’t want that window to be opened, it should have been secured in a way that would make it impossible to open. And I find it hard to believe that it cost $185 to close it! It seems like a scam to get more money. I would not rent from them again.

Memorable, uninterrupted family time!!
This was a beautiful home with easy access to downtown Pismo Beach, the pier, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of space, and a clean, comfortable environment. The only suggestion we had was for the owner to re-tip their pool sticks that were obviously substantially worn down. But all in all, it was SO FUN!!

wonderful place!
Very nice location. Easy to walk everywhere. Ate at very tasty restaurants a block or so away - especially Ada’s & Rosa’s! Furniture comfy and sturdy. Pool table fun to use. Would highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location
You can't beat the location of this rental. The layout worked well for our families to share. The carpets are stained, I'd recommend taking it all out and changing to tile or vinyl.

Big group
We had a great rental experience at this property. The house was a perfect size for my family with room left over for more. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We didn't move our vehicles once the entire trip because there were so many options with in close walking distance.

Once again we had a great family trip to Pismo. We have stayed at this condo for 5 out of the last 6 years and have no complaints. COVID is the only thing that kept us away last year.. Looking forward to next year in the same condo.

Great Vacation!
This is a great place to stay in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 families. A couple of blocks to the beach, a very easy walk. Also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had a great time. Rental company was very easy to work with. We had no problems.

Family get away.
This property was an ideal location. An easy walk to the beach. It was clean and spacious. We had nine people altogether. The pool table was a plus. Lots of fun for the kids. I would recommend this property. I would stay here again

Great Location!
We have rented this property several times for our family of 11. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is amazing. You are only two blocks from the Pier and long walks on the beach. You will find lots to do in this area for all ages. They have plenty of parking and the unit has lots of space for everyone to spread out.

Townhouse Rental 361 A Hinds
We rented this unit for one week along with 361 B and 361 C for our family reunion. This unit was especially good for one of our families because it has 4 bedrooms and was able to accommodate one large family. This unit was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent for the adults and the children. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two units to a friend. Thanksgiving in Pismo
4 bedroom two story layout with two bedrooms on each floor allowed two families to have their own areas. Location was great only 3 blocks from the beach while also being located centrally off of Price. One area of improvement could be to accurately describe the contents in the kitchen as the description states it sleeps 12, but content (Plates / Silverware / etc.) does not support 12 people. Overall great time!!

Great Pismo Condo
The condo is located in a residential neighborhood that is only two short blocks from the pier and all the restaurants in Pismo. The patio offers a great view of the ocean. Condo is exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. Off street parking for two vehicles. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to rent -
This condo was spacious & well maintained. we had 10 family members so everyone had a place to sleep. I really like it has a living rm upstairs & one down. The kids migrated to the downstairs one & the adults enjoyed upstairs. Great views from upstairs. We had issues with the garbage disposal & Coastal Vacations had someone there right away. The guy who came was professional & did a great job of fixing it. My only suggestion is that many homes have a book where it gives you instructions for the TV, check out procedures, etc. I had to go find my contract in order to find out what we had to do when leaving the condo. Had a really hard time with the TV. It also was buffering all the time which isn't great when watching something - not any fault of the owners, I'm sure. All in all this was a great place to rent & we will rent it again the future.

Coastal Comfort
We have stayed in this vacation rental property 4 times with our family of 11. The location is excellent because it is only 2 blocks up from the beach. We always find lots of activities to keep us busy for our annual long Fall weekend together. The house is clean and has everything that you need. We did have some issues with the management team this year. They were not very friendly and I felt I could have been treated better.

Girls trip to the coast for a weekend. Property was large and very well located to town and the beach. it is sparsely furnished but has the essentials and was very clean. There is parking for two cars which is a must on a weekend in the area. My only complaint was the two twin beds were very uncomfortable - they need to be replaced.

Nice size; good for group/family.
Perfect size and amenities for group of 10. Used this location as a meeting place (14 people) during graduation. Very nice for this purpose. Location is great. Street parking during work hours (during the week) can be a little tough; and street can be loud, as cars accelerate up to the signal. But, all in all - great location. Property management may want to update the picture, as the lot next door now has a very large structure in place. Parking in the stalls can also be a little tricky, with anything larger than a subcompact or small SUV.

Place is very clean & most of the things you need they have it. Location is near the campground where the rest of our family stayed. Great family bonding from South & North CA.

Family Christmas in Pismo Beach
We rented this 4 bedroom house in Pismo Beach so the whole family coming from Bakersfield and Colorado could be together. Great choice, everyone of all ages had a great time.

1 - The smoke alarm batteries should be checked regularly. There were several false alarms until we purchased and installed a new batter.
2 - The vent screen for the stove was so dirty that it continually set off the fire alarm.
3 - Great place, except that it is a very noisy street at times-heavily traveled.

Pismo getaway
2nd stay here. Good location a few blocks from beach. Quiet, good layout for large group. Disappointing that it has accomadations for 12 people, but only 9 dinner plates, only 1 skillet that is 8" & very worn. 2nd year the back door very loud squeaky and BBQ filthy with no propane.
