Nestled in Oak Island, this lovely house for $242 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. **Freshly painted and furniture updated. Enjoy our beach condo perfectly located in the heart of Oak Island. Recently updated. New vinyl plank flooring throughout for quick cleanup. Easy access to beach, restaurants, local attractions and area towns. Sleeps 10 in high beach style. Enjoy an open concept living space with private bedrooms and baths, full kitchen, living room amenities, all electronic conveniences and elevator to access the 2nd floor unit. **If you are a first responder please let us know. We are discounting your week stay $100 for every doctor, nurse, teacher, firefighter, police officer, military and EMT. *During peak periods (i.e Summer) there will be a 3 night minimum stay* Condo features: The condo comfortably fits 10 people. Newly renovated. Tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Great for anyone…multiple couples with kids, large families, family vacationing with grandparents or visiting kids in college. Wireless high speed internet is available. Capable of supporting all devices and HD Streaming. Watch your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, iTunes, etc from the Beach. Flat screens in living room and bedrooms with cable tv. The living room has a Roku device for streaming apps. The kitchen has all full size major appliances including washer and dryer. Use the condo beach buggy to make carrying items to the beach easier. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys are available for use during your stay. Just be sure to wash them off before returning them to the condo. Wash off showers and water is available in the condo complex. LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE OFF SEASON. FOR THE 2023 PEAK SEASON WE ARE INCLUDING LINENS FROM JUNE 3rd to AUGUST 19, 2023 with one week rentals, any bookings less will have to bring your own linens. Watch the Sunrise or relax and have a "beverage" after a day of sightseeing or beaching on the outside private balcony. Location: Oak Island is a quiet and non-crowded spot even in the peak summer months. Guests have private access to the entire unit providing complete privacy. It is a secluded, low rise condo complex close to the beach and centrally located on Oak Island with easy access to surrounding areas Southport, Bald Head Island and Wilmington Walking access to quiet beaches of Oak Island, grocery stores and restaurants. The closest access to the beach is from 58th street. Feel free to try other beach accesses, but note parking may be limited during peak times. 10 minutes to Southport and access the NC ferry to Fort Fisher or Bald Head Island. 30 mins to Wilmington named one of the best places to eat outside in the U.S. Things to do: Turtle watch during the warmer months. Take a stroll on the beach at nightfall to see if turtles are hatching along the beach. Take but spray. Get more info from the Oak Island Website, see Sea Turtle Program. Oak Island is one of the best places to watch the sunrise and sunset. The beach faces southward so you can sit and watch the sunrise on the beach and sunset. Drive on the beach(4x4 required) @ Freeman Park and/or Fort Fisher Recreational area. Rent a 4x4 at Carolina Beach. Sun Fun rentals is an option. Feed the birds on the Southport ferry. Take food (bread or crackers) and see if they will eat out of your hand. Explore US History at the Fort Fisher Museum. Explore the beach at the Fort Fisher Recreational area, at low tide you might be able to make it to Bald Head Island. Take the ferry and visit the Aquarium at Fort Fisher Recreational Area. You can walk (park at Southport ferry), bike or take your car. Ferry times are listed in the condo folder.

Nice property with everything you need in walking distance. We enjoyed nice walk to the beach as everyone appeared to be very friendly. Please note, we didn't have beach gear, but if you have a wagon, it's still a nice walk.
Patrick quickly responded with answers when we had questions. We plan to return next year.

The condo was in a good location with many accessible amenities. With only a short walk to the beach, we were easily able to go to and from the beach throughout the day which was great with little ones who needed naps and breaks inside. Access to the pool was another great feature we enjoyed. Patrick, the host, was kind, communicative, and helpful. He reached out to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even offered us early check in and late check out. He was enjoyable to work with. The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. When we arrived, the floor was covered in sand/dirt from the previous tenants. There was also some debris on one of the beds in the bunk room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Patrick’s place was so close to the beach, restaurants and things to do in Oak Island! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was a delightful cool off after hot days. Puzzles and games for family time. Patrick kept in touch with us the whole time and was very quick to respond to all my questions!

Mr.Patrick was so nice and communication was on point. I would reccommend this place. I would stay here again. Beach is to the right. Everything is right there where you want to be just get a Golf cart and ride for a $100 a day. Thank Mr. Patrick for being so nice.

We love this condo at Oak Island. It was our first visit to Oak Island. This condo was conveniently located only a block away from the beach. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect because it was near the beach, and it was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Patrick was very helpful throughout our entire stay. He is great with communication and also provided an organized book for activities and restaurants. We will definitely rent from Patrick again.

We were going because my son was running in the Oak Island Marathon. It was my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. First bedroom would have fit all 4 of our granddaughters easily. The other two bedrooms were both king size beds. The the owner was very good about communicating and we were able to reach out to him easily when we had the wrong door code. We were there for a weekend so the little things were not even worth calling for. I’m sure he would have fixed (example no dish towels, no dishwasher pods) if we had asked. But we went out our 5 meals. Huge Candy Store across the street (I probably got more than any kid) and really good ice cream. If you are ever running in the Marathon, rent this place. It was less than a 1/2 mile from the start/finish line. The half way point was 58th Street and we could cheer for our son from the balcony. FYI it was his first Marathon and he finished!

Sea Breeze was the perfect location for our family girl’s trip. The condo was clean and super comfy with plenty of space for all of us. We loved being just a few minutes walk from the beach. We’ve never stayed where the unit came with chairs, beach toys, and a cart for ease in getting everything to and from the beach. It was a wonderful added bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. The dining table was great for playing cards in the evening. We all enjoyed the lights on the deck at night.
Patrick was a wonderful communicator contacting me the day before we left to see if we had any questions, checking in with us after arrival to be sure everything was as it should be, and even following up with us to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay in his slice of heaven. Of all the places I’ve stayed on Oak Island, Sea Breeze is now my #1 pick! We’ll definitely be returning to stay here again.

We had a great time visiting. The condo was clean and a convenient short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys along with some chairs and a wagon to use. Great space for all the kids to sleep and relax between beach visits. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

We had a great stay on the island, property is close to the beach and grocery store. We enjoyed being able to park and walk anywhere we needed to go. Condo is very spacious for our family with two teenage boys. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and playing games at night under the charming lights. Patrick was easy to contact and very friendly.

We had a wonderful week! The condo was well stocked and the location is perfect! It is walking distance to the beach shops, grocery, restaurants and ice cream. It was perfect for our family.
