Maintenance during the stay could have been scheduled better, and should have been coordinated with us and our schedule.

The staff cleaning the grounds and pool area were super friendly and doing a great job.

The place is in need of some TLC. Everything is in rather bad condition.

Location was lovely, beaches were nice and not extremely crowded. No-contact check-in was great, not having to have everyone in the family keep up with a key was great. Corner unit was good location with balcony on two sides of unit.

The unit itself was really showing some wear with peeling paint and drippy faucets. Several of the electrical outlets were old and worn and plugs wouldn't stay securely in. The light switches and outlets could have been labeled better, they weren't particularly logically situated. The decor, particularly the kitchen, was quite dated. We were in and out of a couple other units in the building with friends and overall theirs were much "nicer" and made you feel more relaxed and like you were having a beautiful vacation. While our unit was fine, it was just FINE. It was kind of overpriced to be a little run down.

it needs more maintenance. patio door wouldn’t lock, towel bar fell in bathroom, shower spraying water out of the top, no top dishwasher rack.

It wasn’t clean. Outlets didn’t work. Mold on vents. Hot water didn’t last. Drainage in shower was very poor

Location was the only thing we liked.

We received a text for “early check In available, unit is ready now” so we went up 15 mins early to a code that didn’t work. We called and got a new temporary code and in at 3:45 for a 4pm reservation to an uncleaned and disgusting apartment. Nothing was cleaned, trash everywhere, beds not made.. no one cleaned it so I have no idea why they said we could check in 15 mins early. Not only that, the place was not like pictured. Previous Leaks in ceiling made ceiling look disgusting and little pieces were falling in certain areas, looked like mold in some areas, the bathtubs were DISGUSTING and we weren’t going to be washing our kids in that bathtub that looked like the jets were never cleaned. We didn’t get a “clean” unit to ourselves until after 7pm when we were supposed to be checked in at 4. Dirty dishes, hardly any toilet paper there.. dirty and hot elevators with no ac.. just overall not happy at all with the place. The ONLY good thing was the location.

The shower walls in the guest bathroom had hairs on them when we first arrived, and the tub wasn’t cleaned to standards.

Balcony was huge, wrapped to all 3 bedrooms, location was great, overall really great for the price

There were not extra linens to make the 3rd bed. Since I snore and we booked a 3 bedroom for 3 travellers it was a bit inconvenient. I bought sheets at dollar general washed them and just used those and kept them for my blow up air mattress at home. Otherwise was just perfect
