Situated in Sedona, this charming house for $355 per night is a great option for your next trip. This brand new home in quaint Uptown Sedona has the same charm and comforts of the Peach Tree Inn, right next door. With views to enjoy from the front porch you won't be disappointed in the location of this home! The floor plan allows for relaxation and has all of the amenities guests will need for a wonderful stay. All of the furnishings are new and were selected with a guest perspective in mind. The bedrooms have queen beds and enough room for guests to make the house their own. Each room has a desk for charging phones and computers, or a place to get some work done. The rooms have TV's, so guests can relax in bed and watch a movie. There are two full bathrooms that each have a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table. There's a large inviting great room with plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. A TV and a comfy sectional couch, and additional chairs, are all available for your lounging and relaxation.

This house was exceptional. Every room was comfortably and beautifully furnished. Very spacious and clean with all needed amenities. On top of all that Genna the host was gracious and always ready to respond and help. The location of the house was AMAZING! It was surrounded by magnificent views and very easy walking distance or short drive to all of the best shops, eateries and hiking spots. We will definitely return♥️

The property was perfect for 4 adults. My sister & brother in law traveled all the way from the UK to meet us for an Arizona vacation. We had everything we needed and the property was decorated to an high standard and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. It was very walkable to downtown and the coffeeshop was right around the corner. The property was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend it.

It was very nice with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms! Nice big doorways that would work well for persons with disabilities (we were not disabled though). One of the beds could be a challenge for such a person.
Great location to walk to Uptown.
Only negative is that one of the bedrooms should have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bedroom our guest used had long strains of dark hair in the area on the desk, chair, and some on the floor. It definitely was human hair and not pet hair. More detailed attention should have been given by the cleaning crew.
However, we really liked the property. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The location is super convenient yet quiet. Views out the front window were stunning. Perfect spot for a couple or small group.
Beds were comfortable (one softer/one firmer), and linens were nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host allowed us to access the property early and was responsive to messages.
A few things we noted could use some attention: the living room fan was noisy and the thermostat was not accurate. However, HVAC worked fine and we were comfortable; did not take away from our experience.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties throughout the country, and this property was by far the best. The property was immaculate, and well stocked with paper products. The room were all spacious, and the front patio was great for relaxing. The location is convenient to the town, and we were able to walk to Brins Mesa from the house.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sedona and in this beautiful home. It was perfectly clean and warmly decorated. The location was perfect for our hikes around the area and our Pink Jeep tour. We loved that we were able to walk home from dinner in Uptown. We would love to come back to this area and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, walking distance from things to do and great restaurants! Spacious home with cute decorations. I wish there had been a little better instruction on where it was located. We came in at night and weren’t aware that the entrance is on the cross street to the address given. The porch light wasn’t turned on, so it was a bit confusing at night to get oriented.

Unit is as advertised. Clean, well appointed and in a great location. Genna answered any and all inquiries in a timely manner. We appreciated the parking on site. Close walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We were both amazed. This house went beyond expectations. The location was perfect for what we wanted, we could walk everywhere and not have to hassle with the traffic.
We sat out on the front porch every night and just relaxed.
The only drawback and it’s nothing major, was the shuttle bus that went by constantly. Other than that, this place was perfect for what we wanted.
The owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of to answer any questions.

It had been around 18 years since our last trip to Sedona. We prefer to stay in a private residence as opposed to a hotel. My wife says this property is the best home we have ever stayed at. The location is excellent and only a couple of blocks from the main street in Uptown Sedona. So, no need to drive to restaurants and shops.
The home itself is fresh and immaculately clean. Plus, everything one would need in the home is there, and then some. We found it just as much enjoyment sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs as getting bounced around in a Pink Jeep Broken Arrow tour. Of course, the red rock mountain scenery is unique and beyond belief. You will not be disappointed staying here.

This place is a beautiful, clean, and fresh property! Great patio for relaxing. Online pictures do not do it justice. Easy walking to everything. Eat at Elote Cafe around the corner. Book it! You won’t regret it. Will be back for sure.

Booked the Apple Tree Inn for a colleague and I stay and utilize the space for work. It was perfect. The house was just as advertised and had plenty of personal space for each of us and was also very comfortable to work collaboratively. The location was so close to shops and restaurants. The owner was also very responsive when I reached out to ask questions and also graciously allowed us to stay a few hours after the standard check out time to be able to take some work calls. I really enjoyed my time in Sedona thanks to the fabulous accommodations. Will definitely book here again!!

This property was perfect for our family of four. Everything is brand new with high quality furniture and appliances to make for an incredibly comfortable stay. Within just steps away from Uptown Sedona, we barely needed to get into the car to drive. Would stay again, again, and again!

Chose this property to share with two couples. Two bed two bath configuration was ideal for us. The seating inside the cottage was so comfy my father in-law fell asleep one night on the couch! Just a cute home feel. Showers are large and comfortable. Bedrooms are nice size. The real touch was the fireplace. Just cool enough in the evenings to enjoy a couple times and really made the Anniversary ambiance just that much more. Seating is in front of the cottage overlooking the red rocks where we had morning coffee.
Overall if you are unfamiliar with the area but want to be walking distance from the main road and popular destinations this is the place for you. We forewent our last “enchantment resort experience” and did not regret it for a minute.

We had a wonder time in Sedona. The house was just as pictured and the view from the front porch was beautiful. It was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and there was so much in the area to do.

This property was the perfect retreat and added so much convenience and comfort to our short stay in Sedona. Perfectly located to walk to town and enjoy shops and restaurants. Beds were beautifully made and very comfortable. Bathrooms were large and equipped with essentials. Fireplace gave this space a cozy feel and was perfect for mornings and evenings. The views from the porch were absolutely gorgeous. Our host was top notch with communication. It’s no wonder that this listing is 5 stars.

The A*rb*b rental options for our stay in Sedona were average so I looked to Vrbo for the first time. Best decision ever. The house was beautiful and the view when waking up in the morning is truly awesome. We did not use the kitchen for our stay, but it had all the basics, and the paper towel was folded up all fancy. Love to see it. Full washer/dryer with tide pods (very fragrant!) Great for washing up clothes after hiking. Walking distance from a LOT of great places. Highly recommend using Opentable to get reservations at restaurants. My girlfriend and I loved The Vault. If you're reading this I would just book. This is probably the best cost/value stay I've had on a rental platform.
Also, if you walk up to a house and it doesn't look like the one you rented, go back onto the street you came from and it's the house down the street to your left. It probably says it somewhere on the listing but I have bad eyes (didn't read).

This was our first visit to Sedona and this VRBO was just perfect for us and another couple. It is within walking distance to everything in Uptown. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two couples. Communication with Genna was very good. We highly recommended staying there!!

This was a really beautiful and well kept property. The location was great and a close walk to town. The home was very clean and modern. Great beds and a cozy living area. The view was wonderful from the front porch. It would have been nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.
