the cabin was pretty equipped!
was exactly what I expected, it was good located and the cabin inside was exactly like a “wood cabin” (I like to call it like that lol).
the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and we ran out of hot water pretty fast, we needed to take fast showers since we are a big group and it was really cold outside!

We had a nice time at Stormy Ridge.
the inside of the cabin was very clean and nicely decorated.
Driving up to the property I was a little nervous. The house right before it is a mess with junk everywhere. The front yard of the cabin could use some TLC like some shrubs and landscaping. Thank goodness the inside was nice! The only thing negative about the inside is that we killed several tiny roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Cute cabin.
Quick response from the host, we had to call them when we first arrived as the lock box was hard to open. After talking nicely to it and promising to bring it ice cream it opened. The cabin was cute. Huge chairs that everyone wanted to sit in. Plenty of towels. The griddle came in handy for pancakes. Plenty of dishes and cups for our entire crew. We brought extra napkins and tissue as we figured there would be a limited supply provided. The decor was welcoming and cute. We could not start bon fire the first night we arrived as there was no fire wood. A magic fairy apparently dropped some off while we were out and our second night we used it. The back patio was great. It was well lit with hanging Christmas style lights and even tiki torches. There are plenty of tables and chairs for a large group to enjoy. Apparently the owners of the cabin own three cats as they joined our crew outside at the bonfire, were very comfortable with the area and did not seemed bothered by our presence. Keep in mind the cabin is surrounded closely by trees and there are ( what look like) little baby trees (stick bugs) all over the front/back porch, the doors and windows. They are harmless but big enough to get your attention. The area is quiet. No loud noises, or dog barking all night.
The couches are not pull outs as advertised. This was a ladies (coworkers) trip , not a couples trip, which meant the queen beds had to unexpectedly be shared. One if the queen beds was sssooo extremely loud anytime someone got in or out of it we could her it in the living room. It actually became a joke of us saying we were glad it was not a couples trip as everyone would know their business. The washing detergent appeared to be water so we went and bought our own to be able to wash the sheets. The cabin can use some cosmetic updates. There were several holes in the walls in various places and huge spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The dishwasher had old standing water in it. We did not use it as we were not sure if it worked or not and didn't want to cause any accidents.

Very good
The cabin and backyard was just what I thought it would be, it was great. But I would have to say your neighbors are way to close. You are not in the Countryside at all. You are in like a small subdivision with lots of trees. Also, they request a 10:00 AM check out, but even though you have paid $125 for cleaning, they want you to strip all the beds start a load of laundry and the dishes take out the trash and make sure everything is picked up before you even leave. So if you bring a large family and have to cook a breakfast and then do all the work they request you better get up really early. I got up at 5 AM and was able to get out of the cabin by 10:30 AM.
The view from the backyard was amazing if you look straight towards the woods.
