Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

The home is just as represented on Vrbo. It was well-stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Gorgeous location right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean! We enjoyed many long walks on the beach, fell asleep to the sound of the surf each night, and had a wonderful Christmas celebration with our adult children at a much-needed time when our own home was under construction. Although we really didn't have any problems while there, Olivia was very responsive on the few occasions we did contact her. Even though it was off-season, we still found some great hotels, bars and shopping nearby to entertain us. We would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the beach house with my brother and sister, all over 60 years old. It is so clean and clutter free. We loved having the beach right outside the door; we took lots of long walks and sat and watched the tide go in and out. It turned cold while we were there, and the house was warm throughout. Olivia was so prompt in responding to questions---with in 5 minutes. We're already made reservations to go again in the spring.

This was a dream house for our family celebration. The access to the beach, and the view of it from the house, or the porch, or the little garden patio is incredible. The spaces inside the house are really well designed for a group and the kitchen is super functional for cooking. Olivia was proactive in communicating and very responsive to any questions I had. We are all dreaming of going back.

This house worked out perfectly for our stay. We had a core group of two older couples for the week, and a weekend visit from our son, his significant other and our two grandsons (5 and 8). We mostly cooked in and just enjoyed the view and the location right on the beach. I've been coming to Moody for over 40 years and this past vacation was one of the best. There were a few initial hiccups with the house that were quickly fixed; with immediate response from the owner. Just FYI, there is now only one bedroom with bunkbeds in the lowest level of the house. My grandsons loved them. The other 4 bedrooms are all double beds. Already looking forward to next year.

This beach house, directly on Moody Beach, is beautiful! The house was lovely, clean, modern, and all the amenities one could need for a fun and relaxing time on the beach were provided! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We thank them for sharing their lovely home with us!
The beach views are spectacular, and the front deck provides a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the view and grill your favorite meals! The natural setting of the house provides a wonderful beach feeling.

Family of 12 (4 couples and kids 14/12/10/1) stayed. House had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen/grill. Great deck/tables. Beachfront location was a blast. Close to restaurants, ice cream, breakfast places, golf, mini golf. We loved it. Will definitely come back.

This is our third year at this property and we can’t wait until next year. Beautiful spot with everything you need plus a whole lot more. We enjoyed many meals out on the large deck. We came back to 7 Ocean Avenue after having a wonderful stay last summer. The house suits our growing family so well. There is a reason why Olivia is a Premier Host……she stays in touch throughout the week so you are in very good hands. The proximity to Ogunquit and the view of the ocean can’t be beat! This beach house exceed our expectations. All first level common living spaces and the 3 upper bedrooms allowed all in our party to have views of the ocean. Variety of outdoor seating from decks, to sheltered patio with Beach Rose bushes to the private beach was incredible. The level sand offered breathtaking expansive beach at low tide. Kitchen is very well equipped with all you would need for a larger group than ours. We would definitely return to this location. Communication with Olivia was excellent and we felt like guests.

This is a beautiful property. All pictures are accurate. We did not have any problems, so only minimally interacted with the hosts, but they did respond to all communications very quickly.
It is clear that the owners reinvest in the property and its upkeep. There is an incredible deck 3/4's of the way around the house with a state of the art railing which is super safe and allows for maximum ocean views.
Speaking of ocean view, there is none better on the Maine Coast. The beach sand is nice and compact for walking, which is great. Don't worry sun worshipers, there is soft sand for lounging as well.
The house is beautiful but not bougie, if you know what I mean. It feels upscale but comfortable.
We loved out visit and would definitely like to go back.

We spent a week at the beach in January in our second visit to this beautiful home. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants open but it is wonderful to be at the seashore at that time of year. However, winter in Maine can be tricky. We experienced a snow/ice storm which resulted in an area-wide power outage. The house has a Generac backup generator which did not turn on when the power went off. We contacted Olivia who immediately contacted an electrician and boiler repairman. We felt lucky that these very busy tradesmen were able to come over soon and remedy the problem, particularly since much of the area remained out of power for up to several days. Putting that experience behind us, we enjoyed a very peaceful stay and are grateful to Olivia for her prompt efforts to help us. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our third family beach vacation in this wonderful beach house, and we certainly made more family memories. The surf was exciting for the first couple of days with an offshore hurricane creating huge waves – so much fun to watch. Once things settled down, the weather was beautiful, we saw a bright red moon, and we spent lots of time on the deck and beach. Speaking of the deck, it got a makeover since last year, and looks wonderful. Our most memorable meal was a huge lobster feast overlooking a beautiful ocean setting. Can’t say enough about this amazing beach house. Thanks as always to hosts Olivia and Patrick.

This is the perfect house for a beach vacation. Our family (which included senior citizens and toddlers) were all so happy and comfortable all week long. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We set ourselves up on the beach everyday, ate lunches on the huge deck and and enjoyed delicious dinners from some of the many restaurants that are just minutes away. This house is a beachy dream come true!
