I was disappointed.

Tile walkways were dangerously slick with humidity being high and rain during my stay. Unit needed updates and repairs. Dishes were put away with dried food on them. Kitchen not very clean.

SO not 'BOOKING with confidence' and NO Blanket 4 you

proximity to the beach

Very poor communication between booking company, leasing company and with renter. The booking and the technical hoops you had to go through to get into the room was the worst part, and then one more technical snafu at the security gate where they said we didnt show up as having paid for parking. No one ever asked for this and yet after delays and texting the required method of communication (because no one answers the phone), the guard finally said , 'now we see you ' The final reason for the low rating is that we paid for 5 persons, counting the fold out sofa for the 5th, and there was no blanket provided, in any closet or linen closet. We were told 'sorry we can't provide "extra" , yet this was the one that should have been included for the fold out bed. This was a winter rental. We woudl expect a blanket -even a thin one would have sufficed. Clearly no customer service. The only reason the rate was as high as reflected was because the local cleaner had done a really good job in the room and in the lobby.

Fall Break, average stay

3rd time at the Beach Club, we love the location away from all the crowds. Seating on balcony was nice. This reference is to UNIT 1007C

Condo had a lot of issues. Broken ice maker, very loud squeaky dryer, black mold on ceiling in laundry, broken large front burner on stove, kitchen sink has a leak, very loose ceiling fan in LR, back door won't lock, loose toilet in guest bathroom, roof leak on patio over chaise, front door very hard to open/close, no blankets or beach towels. Weather was chilly at night and the bedding was very light, had to buy a hoodie to sleep in. Large mirror stored in Master closest fell and scratched my face when I was getting into my suitcase, this really should be put away. Regarding Beach Club specifically, was disappointed the hot tubs were always full of kids and was bummed they don't do the lawn parties/food trucks in October. We tried to call Vacasa the first day regarding ice maker and never heard back, so we just tried to make the best of things and enjoy our family time together.

Good to stay for 1 night if nothing else available.

Went to one of the two restaurants. Food , view and service were good. Price ... overpriced.

It was very outdated unit that needs total renovation.

Overall it was perfect for our family.

That there was multiple pools available, easy beach access, and virgin frozen drinks for the kids!

Very uncomfortable when entering the actual clubhouse. Was not treated as if we were staying there. No information about where things were located.

Didn’t get to stay because Vacasa messed up our booking and we weren’t allowed on the property.

Great beach, horrible suite to stay. Waste of money

The location was great and the beach was very pleasant.

There were several issues with the property. The fridge was not working and I contacted them several times and they never fixed it. We had to lose so much groceries and buy ice and a cooler to cool some of our groceries. The property was not clean. Mold on our pillows, bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets. As you enter it looks clean but once you start looking around and living there you’ll realise how dirty it actually is. The dishwasher had standstill water in there and it smelled terrible. Overall, I would not stay in this suite ever again. Waste of money.

Large property and nice outdoor spaces around the pools.

Not clean, not well taken care of, beds not comfortable, wish we would’ve been told we couldn’t access the clubhouse pool upfront when we booked, lots of things broken in our room.

Superb

I liked the facilities. The room was clean and everything we needed was there.

The beds didnt have blankets. There were no blankets in the condo. It was very cool at night without a blanket. We used our beach towels to cover us.

The location, price and space was amazing.

The beds were all hard and uncomfortable. Even my small kids complained about the comfort of their beds. My hubs had to sleep on the couch because it was the most comfortable for him.

Mediocre room but great amenities

The carpet was stained everywhere, there was hair clumps on the shower wall that had not been cleaned, the toilet was broken and unusable, knobs missing off of drawers in the bedrooms, uncomfortable beds.

WE HAD A BLAST A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION TO GO ENJOY THIS VACATION JOY

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS GREAT BEACH INDOOR OUTDOOR POOL GREAT WHEN RAIN OR WHENEVER LOVED THE SAUNA AND GYM WAS SWEET GREAT COVERED AREA TO UNLOAD AND LOAD AND CARTS WERE GREAT TO TRANSPORT BELONGINGS WASHER AND DRYER WERE WONDERFUL SUCH A JOY THE BALCONY WAS WONDERFUL JUST TOO MANY JOYS TO MENTION AND IT WAS CLOSE TO MANY ACTIVITIES AND STORES FOR ALL PURPOSES SUCH A BLAST

SOME THINGS WERE WELL WORN WE READ REVIEWS AND BROUGHT WHAT WE NEEDED TO COOK AND SUCH WAS WONDERFUL TIME WOULD HAVE BEEN UPSET IF I DIDNT BRING ALL I NEEDED TO PREPARE MEALS AND NO ICEMAKER IN OUR CONDO THE TRAYS LEAKED BUT WE MANAGED TO GET SOME ICE THERE WAS AN ICE MACHINE OUT RIGHT BEFORE THE POOL SO IF WE WANTED WE COULD HAVE USED THAT OR GONE TO GAS STATION THAT WAS ALMOST WALKING DISTANCE FROM CONDO

All the amenities and the staff was fabulous

My room was not clean it was very dirty. I complained and requested a manager contact me but I haven’t heard from anyone. The house keeper needs to be fired or retrained!

My reservation was cancelled 15 minutes before my arrival time. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get my money back and the agent helping me only wanted to refund 25% of the amount paid.

Had so much fun and will definitely return to this resort.

I loved how the beach and pool were so easily accessible. The view was also beautiful.

The unit was a bit dated and one of the shower heads made it impossible to take a shower in that bathroom. The couch/chair in the living area felt weird/damp? from the humidity. Would rather have leather, etc.

Great condo at a wonderful resort

The location of the condo was excellent for unpacking the car and access to the beach was a short walk.

Just need blankets for the bed. There are times when you get cold at night after getting a sunburn. Also, backdoor would not unlock to the patio.

The view was nice!

TV didn't work when we got there, sheets seemed unclean, not enough toiletries, not enough blankets, stove burner didn't work, light blew out, amenities not included for all, and shopping is too far.
