Maintenance kept telling you someone will assist you but nothing for 3 days

Beach access. Location to restaurants

Our room kept falling apart. First night door handle fell off and maintenance never came to repair after several calls. Ac went out. Washer didn’t work. Curtains falling off.

Most Disgusting Rental Ever

Location.

This was the most deplorable rental we have ever had. The room was disgusting. Holes and stains in the carpet throughout the condo. The washing machine had rust all over, inside and out. The linens were stained and pulled. The sofa and chairs had large stains all over them. The air intake vent in the kitchen was caked with dirt. The walls needed paint. The front door had large spots of rust all over it. Tables had large section of laminate missing. I have no idea why any rental agency would include this condo in their portfolio. Needs to be gutted. The pictures on the listing must have been taken 20 years ago and do not give an accurate depiction of this unit.

Our stay at Orange Beach was wonderful, although it rained every day. Our room was not wonderful.

We loved the easy beach access and the outdoor pool. Check in process was wonderful, everything was done online and there was no desk interaction, customer service response was great. Kitchen was fully functional.

This unit needs a thorough inspection and upgrade. Furniture was stained and felt unclean, carpet felt old and dirty. Electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms only partially worked, no overhead light in that bedroom. The door to the room was open when we arrived because the hinge was broken, there was a broken picture hanging on the wall and glass shards were on the floor.

Worst place we have stayed at in 50 years of going toGulf Shores.

Location was good. Condo so no breakfast provided

The door lock stoped working. Could not get in room. Guard call property manager and he said he would get guard to open door this time and not charge us 50$. Lock would not work and maintained could not fix it. Tech came next day and could not fix it. Had to leave door unlocked when we left so we could get back in. Tv in LR and master bed stopped working. Used one in guest bedroom. One elevator or the other were down most of the days we were there. Both down part of one day.

Outdoor grilling was extra nice. Love the beach.

Construction noise, mold on master bath liner, pool not heated. Plumbing in master bath needs work. Not all the water is diverted to shower. Also needs a better shower head. Had one child that saw the games but they were locked up. Should not have been visible to entice. Had to buy a 3rd parking ticket when there were numerous spots available.

Would have been excellent except for the fact the construction was not mentioned until after booking

The stay here was great. The problem was we were not told of construction until after we booked and could not cancel. That is not right. Because of construction and not being able to use the balcony there should have been a discount on the rental because a past of the beauty of a balcony is being able to use it. We were not told of this until after booking and not being able to cancel once booked. This should have been one of the first things mentioned. Other than that we enjoyed the stay very much.

no front desk, you have to pay $30 for a parking pass, extremely loud construction beginning at 8 AM everyday and ending in the evening, green carpet in our unit, too many personal belongings of the owners in our condo, no headboards or comforters on the beds just one singular sheet, uncomfortable beds, we left to go sleep in a different hotel the last night because it was so bad
