Been to Carillon many times. Love it.

We didn't find any sheets for the pull out bed. The cooking utensils were sparse and needed updating. One skillet and it was very used. No smaller pan at all. Neither of these is a huge problem but all other places we have stayed in Carillon have been very well equipped so we weren't prepared. The house was surface clean but it needs a really good deep cleaning.

The location and neighborhood was very good.

The downstairs air conditioner did not get cool enough and 2 of the ceiling fans only worked on low. The mattresses were not comfortable. The outdoor spaces were in need of cleaning compared to the rest of the neighborhood. There was very nice outdoor furniture but the cushions were covered in cat hair from the many stray cats in the area.

Location was great great beach community. Was nice and private beach.

Place needed a few baby gates. Had to try to block it out to keep the baby from going up and down the stairs.

The location

It didn’t have a grill or beach chairs. It had both when we rented it a couple years ago so it was a little disappointing to find out these two things weren’t available this time.
