Open floor plan with surround deck. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Sleeps 5 comfortably (7 max guests w/ daybed in living room, sleeps 2, extra charge over 5 guests *see house rules) beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Quiet deck off both bedrooms to enjoy morning coffee. Huge deck with grill, great for entertaining friends and family after a day at the beach. Or slip away on the side deck with a good book and bird or people watch! This one of a kind beach house will not disappoint the most devoted beach lover THIS IS YOUR VACATION BEACH COTTAGE!

Wonderful vacation home! It was absolutely perfect with all the amenities we needed. It was our family or four, with a 23 and 20 year old sons. A short walk to the beautiful beach and close to town for dining out. The boys took an UBER out to Charleston, very safe, easy and convenient. We loved it and will be back!!

Enjoyed our visit to Sullivan’s as we always do. Location was great, house was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and owner responded quickly to email. Hopefully this house is available for our next trip.

This is our second stay in this house. The size is perfect for 2 or 2 with a few kids. The location is great for beach, biking, walking, sleeping. Very quiet area and the house is clean and tidy. Owner is super responsive and wants those that stay her to be well taken care of. We will book again!

A wonderful place to stay close to beaches, restaurants and many historical adventures. You could ride a bike to all of the above which made it a wonderful family experience

The house is a wonderfully appointed and a restful spot. We enjoyed the decks, the beaches and the quick ride into downtown Charleston. Very comfortable beds and couches.

No shade/drape/shutter on front door or kitchen window; deck furniture unusable due to lack of maintenance; hall bathroom toilet does not flush well; a fireplace would have been enjoyable especially given the temperatures were really low(freezing cold!) during our stay.

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked for our short trip (beach gear, towels and W/D were all key!). We rented a golf cart which was perfect for getting to our favorite beach entrance, which also helps when parking gets competitive.

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked for our short trip (beach gear, towels and W/D were all key!). Very pleasant week. Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina beaches and easily get in to Charleston for sightseeing and great meals. Frannie did a great job communicating and when I let her know the grill wasn’t working , she replaced it immediately with a new one!

Relaxing Beach House
Very pleasant week. Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina beaches and easily get in to Charleston for sightseeing and great meals. Frannie did a great job communicating and when I let her know the grill wasn’t working , she replaced it immediately with a new one!

Very nice beach house close to the water. Perfect for a week away with the family. Very clean, nice appliances, highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway
This rental was such a wonderful place for a long-term stay. I was able to work from home while enjoying walking and biking around Sullivan's Island every day. Communicating with Frannie was great and the house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. This is a great house for any family or friends trip and I would definitely come back!

Super cute beach bungalow
We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Communication with the property manager was positive and timely. The house is very clean and very well stocked.

Beach house on Ion at Sta. 30
A great respite as we waited for our place to be finished. Everything was well taken care of and the proximity to beach and Mt. P is just perfect. Great owners and property manager. I would suggest fixing the lock on the back door. Otherwise great stay.
