Fantastic location across the street from the beach. My kids loved playing with the trunk full of toys and all of the beach toys that were available. Gabby was a sweet and responsive host. Thank you!

Cute beach cottage. Perfect size for 2-4. It no longer has a screened porch so it would be nice if there was a screen door on front so that the front door could stay open when weather permits.

This little home at Edisto Beach is always perfect for our family of 4 with two kids under 10. Gabby is a great, responsive owner! Can’t wait to return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Super lucky with great weather with the exception of one day. Cutest beach house for our family of 4 even with 2 teens they were never bored! House is well equipped in the kitchen, games, and toys for younger children. Thank you Gabbi for being the best host!!!

Great cottage for a get a way. Easy access to beach, the cottage has everything you need. No complaints about anything! Super clean. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Edisto. Gabby was super responsive and answered any questions we had. The house was just a short walk to the beach (across the road). We will definitely be staying here next year!

This house/property on Edisto was nothing but perfect! I can’t say enough about it. It was across the street from the beach. And with having 2 small kids, this house was equipped with everything the kids could want to play with inside and outside! This has been our favorite rental so far on Edisto and we will most definitely be back!

This little cottage is a sweet jewel to experience. Has everything you need, just need to bring your towels and linens. Location is great, with the beach a minute walk across the street. The point of contact, Gabrielle, is the gracious "Lady of the House." She makes sure you have everything you need beforehand to make your arrival smooth and seamless. She is very responsive to all communications and is a pleasure to work with. I just have one cautionary warning for guests upon arrival, especially after dark. When coming up the front steps and walking onto the open deck, as you move toward the covered deck on the front porch, watch your feet and be prepared for the floor to raise two to three inches. We arrived after sunset and did not expect the step up (there is not reflective paint or tape on the ledge). I tripped and ended up in a heap on the floor. Thankfully, I only sustained bruises on my arms and legs, but do realize it could be a more serious fall for someone else. I am certain the owners will remedy the issue once they are aware of the hazard. Minimally a motion floodlight should be installed for new arrivals and reflective paint or tape on the ledge. Still giving five stars!!
