Perched on the edge of Coos Bay, this brand new luxury townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Expansive views are available from all floors of this three-story unit. You can also enjoy fully outfitted media room on the ground floor complete with wet bar, 60” flat panel Smart TV, state of the art sound system, and comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, and oversized bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub (with a view!) ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and bathroom, also ensuite. Including the sleeper sofa on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the media room with sofa sleeper have full private bathrooms, with a half bath on the second level. When you do venture out, Sunset Bay is just fifteen minutes away, and nearby you’ll find Empire Lake, reported to be some of the best fishing in the state of Oregon. Other Things To Note Picture windows fill this home so you can witness nature at its best on every level. Each day as the tide recedes, the bay fills with hundreds of native birds and seals all hunting for a seafood meal. Watch large trade ships navigate in the distance and enter the canal. It was an excellent property to stay in. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to the grocery store and restaurants. The hot tub and view were the best parts. It was definitely worth the drive to arrive at this place.

The location of property & description of beach access in listing were very misleading & I wouldn't have booked the property if I had known that there was no beach access. The property itself was very nice though & property manager was communicative & responsive.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! For us, it was perfect location between the dunes and charter fishing. It was a great coastal point to explore both north and south from. We found some wonderful local restaurants as well as used the well stocked kitchen for meals in. The home was quiet, comfortable and oh so peaceful! Amazing views, lots of birds to watch, glorious sunsets. Mornings in the hot tub...I would love to come back!

It was such a great choice for our 22nd anniversary vacation. The city of Coos Bay was easy to navigate and had many things to do. We enjoyed several very good restaurants. The owner always returned messages very quickly. The central location on the coast made it easy to visit other cities. We would definitely return !

We had a very nice time in Coos Bay at this property. It was quiet there. The bay view was nice. The hot tub was great. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent other than the toilettes are the very small round kind which are tough for bigger size persons. The owners were super responsive. Great place to stay.

We all enjoyed our stay in Coos Bay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in. The blinding sun made it difficult to hang out in the living room in the evening without any blinds. This area was a great central spot as there is so much to visit north and south.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in your home. The views from every level were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. Quick drive over to the dunes for side by side fun. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding around in the dunes. The beds were extremely comfortable, everyone slept great. Communication with the owners and check in process was smooth and easy. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you!!!

Pros: Large rooms w/lots of natural light, quiet townhome and neighborhood, beds & furniture were comfortable, outdoor areas are private and bottom deck is sheltered from winds. Master bedroom sitting room is excellent for reading, meditating or watching the sunset. Cons: Hot tub needs repairs. Would not recommend if you are physically challenged due to the number of stairs.

I stayed here with my family, including 3 kids, and we had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful with cozy spots to relax and unwind on each of the 3 levels. The view of the water can’t be beat, and we particularly loved getting to use the telescope to look at boats and birds. Thank you!

Amazing property with privacy for guest, quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Location to town is excellent. Amenities provided by owner were great. Family enjoyed playing games while enjoying the fire. Plenty of room to entertain family dinners

This is a very nice place to stay in. I grew up just a few blocks from here. My husband and I came to visit family and needed a quiet place with a kitchen. I could tell from the pictures this was going to be a great place considering I have been sick for a long time and I have a lot of dietary restrictions. Jeff is very quick to respond, check-in/out was extremely easy. It is very clean and loved using the kitchen and hot tub. The Master bedroom is amazing and a great little retreat if you need some "me time", and the views are gorgeous! We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and Jeff's house makes it into the top 5 for us. Plus it is extremely close to all our family. Thanks, Jeff we will be back to stay next time we come to visit family.

The home is even better in person and the views are unbeatable. The owner is super responsive. The only thing I would add are curtains in the main living area to take the glare off the TV. We were watching Moto GP races with our sunglasses on 😆 All in all, a really beautiful property.

Huge multi-level townhouse with stunning views of Coos Bay and the Pacific ocean beyond. Well stocked and convenient to grocery stores and downtown boardwalk. Incredible sunsets, so bright that often could have used blinds in the great room. All in all a wonderful coastal retreat.
