We loved the layout of the house and the location was perfect for visiting Yosemite. The kitchen appliances were excellent and all worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The decor was very 1980's and could do with updating, but it was fine. The back yard was unusable as it smelled of animal pee or something foul and wasn't clean. The temperature on the house thermostat was set by nest to 76°F which was far too hot during the heatwave to sleep in at night. We tried to change it to 68°F but it made no difference. The Aircon didn't seem to work, it sucked air out rather than cooled the house and the grills were filthy. We had great trouble sleeping at night because the house was so warm. There was no lid to the kettle when we arrived so we couldn't make a cup of tea ( we're British!!🤣). The wine fridge pipped constantly.

A wonderful exclusive place in the middle of the forest and beautiful nature, spacious comfortable accommodation with luxurious cottage equipment.

Absence of GSM mobile phone signal in the place of accommodation as well as in almost the entire Yosemite NP.

the property was great and we had great time there only issue was that the alarm needed battery replacement and there was no one to contact.

Everything in this house was great. Comfortable beds, big living area/kitchen area. Great supplies in the kitchen.

Very minor details - we could have done with an extra roll of kitchen towel, some washing tabs for the washing machine. Soap and shampoo in the bathrooms.

Great place. Comfortable, very spacious, beautiful decor, with everything you need. it was great to cook and relax by the propane fire place.

The location is about 1.5 hr drive from the key Yosemite sites, which is a bit tiresome if you plan to visit the park regularly. Its also outside the park so you need a recreation pass in peak season to drive in, which is almost impossible to get. Otherwise you have to get the bus, which has one drop off and return time- not ideal.
