Wish I had picked another unit or location.

Access to beach daily and the Tiki Bar

Our unit was very outdated as mentioned in previous reviews. I wasn’t concerned with pictures or curtains but the couch and chair were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Also the bed was very uncomfortable as well. Both toilets ran water all day/night and need flapper repairs. The toilets were very annoying and kept us awake. This unit was missing a coffee pot and we had to go purchase one. The shower bathroom had wall repair done but had not been repainted. The entire place needs painting. I would NOT recommend booking this unit. Don’t do it you will be disappointed.

We had a wonderful girls trip! It was a great family friendly environment perfect for families with children.

We loved how well maintained the entire property was. We always felt like someone was there for us if we needed anything! The condo had everything we needed. The kids loved the huge balcony overlooking the pools. We enjoyed eating ice cream out there while watching everyone swim when we weren’t down there ourselves!

The pools closed at 10. Wish it could have stayed open longer during the weekend.

Great resort bad bed

The resort was very nice.

The old bed mattress had 2 sagging spots, which was very uncomfortable, so we were tired when we came back home. Also, the refrigerator water dispenser didn't work for our filtered water & coffee. Very disappointing!

Great for families with small children

Loved the apartment, view of pool and beach. Met all our needs. Hit all our families buttons. The 7 year olds loved the big pools, beach and lazy river. The babies loved the splash pads.

The apartment was great but the fitted sheets on our bed did not fit and kept popping off as we moved and slept. Very annoying. Also didn't know we would need beach towels or coffee filters as we have usually been provided with those in other places we've stayed. The blender had a huge hole in the bottom like it had been dropped and never replaced so I was disappointed I couldn't use it. The groceries at Publix was hyper over priced so that was also an extra expense we weren't expecting.

Scary Times in B510...

We always enjoy the water park features included with your stay. The view is also always amazing!

We were very disappointed upon entering our unit, and discovering that it was not the unit displayed in the photos provided on Booking.com. The unit was unclean, needed major updating/maintenance, and we discovered mold in the ceiling of 1full bathroom as well as the half bath. We were forced to close off the bunk bed area and bedroom/bathroom containing mold due to safety concerns, leaving our family of 5 with only 1 bedroom/bathroom left to use. On day 2 of our scary/stressful stay, we were visited by the property manager who agreed we had been misled by the booking photos. Thanks to his efforts, we were relocated on Day 2, after 5pm, to an immaculate vacation home. Unfortunately, we had already lost two days of our trip...

rooms were what we wanted but not the amenities

the smoking of pools, size of room.

pool was freezing (supposed to be heated), restraunt by the pool was never open, room had been painted same day we arrived, paint took two days to dry and smelled awful. We were told check out was 12pm, housekeeping walked into our room at 10:30am and argued that we needed to get out, all while my teenage daughter was standing there naked and I was in the shower.

Relaxing stay close to all the attractions in Destin

The property was so convenient to the beach. the resort was a great place for family with multiple pools & lazy River. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lack of toiletries. No dish soap, scrubber or anything to hand wash a pan. Would also be nice to have some single use shampoo & conditioner.

a lot of pools to choose from and the lazy River.

my balcony door was broken for a day and a half. I called and texted multiple times. I finally got someone to assist me once I went to the front desk Saturday morning. They acted like they were not aware. Maintenance guy Jerry finally go the doo open.

A perfect room, at a great location, with amazing amenities and gorgeous beach.

From the moment we arrived, we felt supported and like we were at our beach home. The people in the front lobby were courteous and answered our questions. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The amenities on site were awesome -- lazy river, giant pool, two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Oh and the beach...Good Lord; clear emerald waters, sugary sand like baby powder, and literally schools of tiny fish that swim among you. It was amazing.

Literally the ONLY thing that I can think to write is that the soda machines near the pool weren't exactly credit card friendly. That's it. Everything else? --- Chef's Kiss.

condo needs updating needs new toilet that doesn’t move needs new sleeper sofa needs new mattress need new patio table and a all over paint job. front door needs to be cleaned or painted.
