Nestled in Key Largo, this charming house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come and be one of the first guests to stay in this totally remodeled modern coastal home in the heart of Key Largo, mile marker 100. This property offers everything necessary to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life and just relax in complete comfort. The property offers plenty of space for a family or a group of friends to spread out and enjoy. The first floor has a spacious living room with leather sofas, a 55” TV, and a board game table area with a variety of games to choose from. It also has a quaint bedroom with a queen sized bed, TV, a full bath and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all your needs. The second floor is light and airy, decorated with soft and serene beach tones. It has a gorgeous, spacious kitchen, dining space for 8, a full bathroom, a comfortable reclining leather sectional and a 65” TV. This floor also has 2 beautiful balconies with space to kick back and relax. One is off the kitchen and the other is off the family room, facing a lush, salt water lagoon with beach entrance and swimming platforms. The third floor is a wonderful space to retreat to. One bedroom has a queen bed, a 55” TV, plenty of storage and it’s own private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV, a built in closet and a beautiful screened in balcony also facing the lagoon, with an even higher panoramic view. These rooms share a spacious full bathroom. All TV’s are smart TV’s and can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, YouTube, other apps and 160 cable channels. A 6 seat golf cart is also available for a small fee. This neighborhood of Kawama also has 3 pools, a playground, tennis courts, a marina with boat slips available for rent, a boat ramp, beautiful seating on a private beach overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. It also has an impressive rock jetty that offers wonderful strolls with panoramic picture taking opportunities and fishing is great anywhere along the way. If you’re an early riser, this is the place to experience breathtaking sunrises and maybe even sightings of manatees and dolphins frolicking. The property is on the ocean side of Key Largo and has direct access to the open sea. It is located on John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park waters which consists of 70 nautical square miles of gorgeous coral reefs, marine animals and all kinds of breathtaking sea life. The area offers excellent day trips for snorkeling, scuba diving and boat rentals. The Florida Keys is world renown for its sports fishing, it’s awe-inspiring sea life, coral reefs, snorkeling and diving opportunities, along with so many other ocean activities. Our family had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Key Largo. It’s in a great community with access to the water. The townhouse is super clean, totally renovated and up-to-date. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Our stay was perfect! I couldn’t find the email with the key code and Chris responded immediately. The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook but we chose to eat at the many local restaurants. We spent each morning at the beach watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. Wonderful stay!

Extremely well-stocked kitchen with all necessary equipment, utensils, plates, etc. Three bathrooms with three showers = fantastic! SCUBA divers note: Excellent location near dive shops and two balconies with strong metal rods to dry all your gear! We will definitely rent this place again if we return to Key Largo!!! We were perfectly in the middle to Key West and Miami. Great location. Wished we would have had a beach but was great other than that.

We were a little nervous about the stay, as the pictures looked great, but you know how that can be. To our surprise, it was a great place! The steps were a little challenging, as they are very steep. We have an outstanding stay and Chris was responsive and great to work with! If ever we travel back to area, we will definitely be looking to stay at this location again.

The entire family enjoyed our stay. Saw multiple Manatees while spending time on the jetty, snorkeled, interacted with wildlife arounf the lagoon. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Just an amazing stay!

This was my first VRBO, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The house was immaculate .. much better than most hotels I will stay at. There was ample room for our family, and the new appliances and cookware were a welcoming site. Chris (owner) was responsive and provided an amazing experience. Looking for our next trip down; would consider staying at this location again.

Had a great time. Place was awesome with enough room for two families to have their own space. The pool Cabana and lagoon area were the amazing. Lagoon has tarpon, lobster and a variety of other smaller fish in it to snorkel and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo in Key Largo. Chris was very helpful and quick replies to any questions we had. This was the most immaculate and clean rental we have ever had. Nicely decorated, very comfortable, and has everything you might need. The community was great- we loved the sandy area that had grills and beautiful outdoor covered seating. We enjoyed the pool and a very nice playground. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous from this neighborhood.

Our group of 6 adults had plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing in this scrupulously clean condo. Prior reviews mentioned a lowered ceiling in the downstairs shower, so our shortest person was allotted that space. We were off property a lot and can't speak to all of the offered amenities. A quick dip in the heated, saltwater pool was nice. Also enjoyed morning walks around the property and an evening walk to dinner at Key Largo Fisheries. Great visit. Would completely recommend and return! (Chris was extremely responsive and followed up on info he didn't have on hand regarding boat storage. Absolutely no complaints.)

We stayed here for a family vacation. The property was everything we hoped for! We had 3 boys ages 9-12 staying with us and we felt like it was easy to keep them entertained during our stay. Communication with Chris was very easy and he responded quickly to any questions that we had both before and during our stay. We would stay at this property again!
