Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We want to make sure that this property meets your needs. When making a request, please communicate the reason for your visit to Kansas City. Parking: → directly on the driveway (4 spots) → street parking space is also available directly in front of the home → if you are traveling with a vehicle that is larger than a standard car, truck or SUV OR if you are pulling an attachment such as a Uhaul, trailer, etc, you MUST park on 98th street. → Welcome Guide provided on the main level and in each bedroom. We enjoyed our short time at this house. Plenty of kitchenware and cooking supplies to cook meals for a large family. Beds were also comfortable. Host was accommodating and answered questions timely. There is no access to the garage and luggage has to be carried up a lot of stairs. All in all, it was a nice, comfortable stay.

Was the perfect layout for our crew!
Front yard was perfect for flag football Thanksgiving day and the amenities throughout the home were comfortable. Only thing you may need to be aware of, if you’re planning on cooking, is the lack of baking and casserole dishes. Everything else in the kitchen is basically covered.

This home was perfect for our stay.
It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is convenient to many locations (highway, grocery, restaurants, etc.)
The house has great space for a large group (we were 8 adults-3 couples and 2 singles). We also had 3 adults join us for a couple of meals and there was plenty of room.
The beds and pillows are very, very comfortable! The house was clean and the owner graciously provided ample supplies.
Loved it and would stay here again!!!

My family enjoyed the home, it was beautiful. It was easy to communicate with the host. There were a few things that needed to be repaired and a lot of misc. steps. Overall, my family enjoyed the house.

We had a fabulous time. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and there is so much space. The 5 bedrooms were a dream and it was nice for everyone to have their own space. There are a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for us but doesn't really show in the pictures. My kids loved it! The neighborhood is great and felt super safe! Thank you for a great stay!

House was spacious, clean, well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Deck was great for gathering. Some steep steps inside and out were a bit of a challenge for 1 of our group. Deck furniture was covered with tree debris, but we enjoyed our stsy very much

I do think it is important to know that this a multi level property with steps galore. So make sure your group is fit enough to do stairs.
It was great that each of our people were able to have their own rooms and that was important for us. We enjoyed the deck on our arrival, it was a lovely evening. Recommendation was for Q39 for BBQ also delicious, but very loud, it was difficult to converse. I recommend this for your next gathering.

We stayed at the pool house for a girls weekend and it was everything we needed!! If I could have stayed in my bed all weekend I would have. It was so comfortable!! Such a quiet neighborhood but also easy enough to get to all of the fun things Kansas City has to offer! Next time I was to come when the pool is open :)

We brought our family of 10 all ages and the home was close to downtown and was in a safe area close to shopping and Starbucks. elderly to infants we had plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. Three bathrooms were great too. Beds super comfy.

This house was great for our trip to visit our family in Kansas. It had multiple bathrooms which was nice for staying with a couple families. It was nice that most bedrooms were upstairs for those that went to bed earlier. The house looks like it’d be really fun to enjoy the pool in the summer.
Loved using the baby high chair there. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was great. Easy access to the freeway was nice for all the activities we went to. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable hanging at the house with our babies.
Oh and the smart tvs in all the rooms were great to let the kids watch something separate.

Loved the area being close to great shopping and dining.. The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner there with plenty of people and it wasn't crowded at all. Vanessa kept in touch to make sure everything was as expected over the course of our stay. Book it!

We had a great time in this beautiful home. There was tons of space and wonderful natural light, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time out on the deck in the evenings. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, and everything was well organized.

We booked this house for Parent’s Weekend because we didn’t want to stay in Lawrence. This house is perfect for families. Nice amenities and close to many KC venues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home with best kitchen
Best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. The House worked well with our group except for all the stairs, We had or 96 year old mother with us, she was limited were she could go by herself. Otherwise the house was laid out well for sleeping and living arrangement. We like to have a place where the kids can play quietly and adults are able to talk. The place had a swimming pool, which we weren't told about. I wish we could have used it. The temperature was very hot and humid while we were there. But all in all we would definitely stay again
