Dirty floor. Underequiped. Too many and excessive hidden fees.

Good location

Dirty. Animal hair, dead insects, candy wrapper on floor at checkin. Picnic table had no seats or benches. No towel racks. Few coffee cups. Excessive hidden costs and services too expensive ($35 fee for keyless entry???. Resort fee $200?? (What did I get for that?)).
