Come and relax in our newly-renovated 4-bedroom, 2 bath house at the coveted "Point" in Emerald Isle! "Sea Our Point" is new to the rental market, and ready to host your family's beach vacation this season. Enjoy panoramic views of the beach from both levels of spacious decks, and you may spot deer and rabbits romping in the expansive dunes behind the house. Two King bedrooms on the second level offer walk-outs to the upper deck and 43" smart TVs, and even the upstairs bathroom offers a gorgeous view of the beach! On the main level, a Queen room has a 43" smart TV and view of the dunes from the bed. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Bright and airy decor brings the essence of the beach inside, and you'll enjoy Spectrum high-speed internet and cable on 4 large televisions! A quaint, iron spiral staircase to the second floor entices you to pack simply - after all, what would you need besides your swimsuit, shades and flip-flops? Polywood furniture on the house decks and picnic tables on the dune-deck are perfect for lounging in the coastal breeze! "Sea Our Point" is owned by Don Wright of Midlothian, VA, and managed by longtime friends Ken Dehnel and Helen Ramazio, who live locally in Emerald Isle. We came for a short fall break getaway. House was the perfect location for fishing and exploring the beach with multiple age kids. We could all come and go as we pleased without having to worry about driving out onto the beach to fish or coming in for a short lunch break. Beautiful house, great views, easy access to the beach, and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I need to cook for 3 days with 6 kids! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location at one of the best beaches in NC! A few burnt out bulbs and an inconsistent ceiling fan but hey, first world problems. Ken, was excellent to work with and his prompt replies made communication a breeze. Would certainly rent again.

House was just as depicted in pictures. Great location, ocean front. But know there is still a long walk to ocean over boardwalk and dunes. Had my 80 year old mom with me and she managed fine, just be aware. The downstairs toilet was not working but they were super responsive and it didn’t slow us down at all. Overall, would absolutely rent this house for my family again.

Property very clean and very well located to enjoy the spectacular southern point of Emerald Isle. great places to walk and to also enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. the house was perfect for my wife and my self to be able to relax and enjoy the beach. Also very close to convenient groceries etc. Great location and great place to stay. we hope to come back.

Overall good. A few minor letdowns.
This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and all that is needed to cook for a family of six. Overall the house is clean and updated. However, we did find a small red stain (blood?) on the bedspread in the queen-bed room. The furniture in the living room is stained and soiled in several places. The sliding-door glass in one of the upstairs bedrooms is badly cracked. And, we were visited by a cockroach who lived in the pantry area which was a bit unsettling. Finally, (although it does make it clear on the website that there are ice trays in the freezer), I believe for a house of this scale and price, the owner could invest in fixing the ice maker which is available in the freezer but apparently non functioning. None of these things would keep us from renting this house again should the occasion arise, but it did keep me from giving it the 5 star rating it could so easily reach with a few minor changes.

The house was clean, comfortable and as advertised. It was stocked with everything needed for your stay. Ken was quick to answer any and all questions we had. The location could not be more perfect. We will be back!!

Our two families really enjoyed sharing this house for Thanksgiving week. The weather was a little cold for beach activities but the view from the decks and kitchen/living room were wonderful! Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and everything was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this home!

We love The Point at Emerald Isle, and this was a great place to enjoy it. The cottage was clean, quaint and as it was described in the listing. The beach is much wider at the point of the island, but it is easily accessed from this location. We were pleased with every aspect and would defiantly stay here again.

Well situated on the point. Fantastic beach. Kitchen has fabulous pots and pans, etc. Love the white chairs on the deck. We all found the lighting to be harsh in the main area with no way to make adjustments. Twin room only had one small blanket and no mirror; twin mattress pad too slippery. Lastly, the seating in the main room was awkward. We had to move chairs in to create closer social spacing. One more thing. Both doors had broken shades that came apart. Kind of annoying to put back together.
So, I hope these observations are helpful. We had a terrific time!
