Nothing. It was dark damp and coffee pot antiquated and not working. Would not recommend this place. It's just a big house that they finished basement.

We were supposed to have upper unit and use of laundry. Then we were informed lower unit. Steps leading down into basement were steep, short treads, no handrails. We left after 4 days! We called property management regarding issues....1 person called back and was no help. So we left...packed up garbage and left in bags. No change of sheets available... bait and switch scheme.

This was one of the WORST experiences we ever had vacationing. The staff was absolutely terrible. The were guest services were slow to respond. We had to initiate all calls even though the error was theirs. The told us to "call back in 30 min." The property manager was very rude and condescending to my husband. When my husband asked for some urgency in resolving our matter since we had now been waiting 3-1/2 hours, the property manager said "Well I said 10 minutes so I think that should be quick." Photos of the property were not actually where they tried to put us. There were no photos of the "lower" unit. We got an initial confirmation email of the "upper" unit. Even after their error and the disputing it to blame it on us, they wanted us to move back to the "lower" unit (which was a literal basement) with no one staying in the "upper" unit. We decided to leave early and requested a refund for the day we did not use. After a 1-2 hour window given to us as a wait time, we haven't heard from the local/regional manager now and it's been 24 hours now.

-POOR staffing. They literally ruined what was supposed to be a quick mini-break to recharge. -Photos are ONLY of upper unit -Aggressive/combative property manager -No urgency with guest services

Location, size, beautiful street, right on mountain and so close to Sunday River skiing. Very comfortable unit - bedrooms and shared TV room. Maintenance Plowed driveway and walk to our unit when snowed very quickly. Excellent maintenance. Also - best property mgmt - Lauren - when my Subaru got stuck in snow she helped me get my car out ASAP. No wait! VERY attentive property Mgr - a huge plus to this property (knowing you have that support /backup if needed). Definitely love to come back.

Lower unit where we stayed was dark - very little natural light. Not a big deal if out skiing all day though. Only other negative was having to leave - loved our stay so much.
