Good

The owner was very accessible to answer questions throughout the process. They also left a manual of information about the property which was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled so it was easy to find what you were looking for. The extra refrigerator and the washer and dryer were super convenient for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 12 as we were able to divide up by "family" on two bedroom floors. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The game room being just off the living room allowed us to keep an eye on the children when we were cooking and otherwise visiting with each other in the family room. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles.

The elevator was not working when we arrived. I believe that it was fixed before our departure but we never used it during our stay as we could never figure out how it worked. This is a duplex and so our neighbors were not "good neighbors" leaving a lot of trash and clothing in the pool area and picnic table. They were extremely loud at night and it seemed to be a party environment. Again, this is not on the owner, but potential renters need to know that this is a duplex so having and being a good neighbor is important. The pool was extremely small and the grounds around the pool were in disrepair with poison ivy and potted plants that were growing weeds rather than flowers. That was a little disheartening as it was not really a place that made you want to hang out there when you weren't at the beach. Most of the places that we have stayed provide some beach equipment such as chairs, etc. but there was nothing. Not a big deal because it wasn't promised, just know that you will have to take chairs, umbrellas, etc. if you stay at this beach house. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay at this location.

It had private space and community space

Blinds were broken in the bedrooms the floors had sand all over them the pool had green mold around it. The elevator broke.

great location. perfect size for our family. loved the elevator so that my mom could come with us.

House was 2 sided. our side slept 16. I assume the other side was similar. The pool was small for 30 people. cleanliness was an issue

We had a great time. Plenty of space for my family.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Cleaning was less than I expected. Floors were extremely dirty. We washed floors and made the best of it. Carpets and throw rugs were also very dirty. Also thought the exterior grounds could have been a little better maintained. Litter on grounds and pool area not well maintained. Outdoor gas grill also needed a big cleaning job before it could be used.

Not private!

Let me first of all state this is NOT a private house nor does it have a private pool or parking! Its a duplex with shared walls, with a tiny shared pool, and shared parking. I booked this place thinking it was all private. When I called the owner he basically said we could leave or suck it up, even though he acknowledged that it was listed as a private home with private pool. After calling booking several times we never did receive any refund from the owner-who mislead me. I sent videos and pictures of the neighbors who partied, trashed the shared pool, played loud music all night, slaming doors all night and argued about the parking. I was told to go do other things not to worry about the shared pool. I dont appreciate how the owner handled it at all. I was lied to/false advertising about what I paid over $6300 for, which now he has changed in the listing. Now the good:The location is good just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. It does have some views of the ocean from the top deck. The duplex has been recently updated is decorated nicely, is very well stocked kitchen, has a nice family game room, and lots of restrooms! Other than the false information, and the neighbors being gross and loud and the rude owner it is a nice place for friends and family. Just know it's not private, and you may be sharing a lot more than you think.

It is a duplex with thin walls, its a tiny shared pool, and shared parking that even with signs you have to explain to the neighbors!

We were really happy either home. it was clean when we arrived. We would definitely like to stay there again!

The size was amazingly spacious and beautiful.

Good location. Cleaning crew needs improvement.

Great area. Nice home.

House was not clean up to par. Check in was suppose to be 2pm-5pmcleaning crew didn’t leave until about 6pm. Floors needed to be swept. Shower was dirty. Microwave was broken.

Exceptional

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's better than the pictures. The actual property owner was always available. We had a dripping faucet and he sent someone right out. There are top of the appliances and the kitchen is overstocked with dishes. The area is quiet and the beach is across the street.
