A large backyard leads to a dock where you can crab or fish. This completely separate, 1650 sq ft guest 2nd floor has 3BR/2BA with room for 8 guests. Less than 5 minutes to the beach with closest access on 40th St SE. Bring your boat and take advantage of the in-shore or off-shore fishing Oak Island has to offer. The 55th St. public boat launch is 2-3 minutes away. Don't worry about where to store your boat or trailer, there is room to park them in the driveway. Enjoy a day in Historic Southport, take the ferry to Fort Fisher and visit the North Carolina Aquarium, or explore the USS Battleship North Carolina about 45 minutes away in Wilmington. We had a delightful time. The house was easy to find, It was very clean and had a good floor plan. Kitchen had all necessities for meal preparation. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen so no carrying loads of clothes up and down stairs. Caught hundreds of fish off dock, namely spot, croaker, and flounder. Got tired of pulling them in. Lots of birds and saw a buck walking across back yard. We would rent this house again. Hated to pack up and come home when our time was over.

We enjoyed our stay & would definitely consider staying again! The owners are great to respond quickly to any messages & provided all information ahead of time. The house is comfortable, including the master bed! The kitchen is nicely stocked, including things like measuring cups, cutting boards, even a waffle maker. The laundry room had an extra shelf ready to hold all your pantry items (there’s also a few empty cabinets & drawers). There is plenty of seating on the deck & carport area to catch gorgeous views of the waterway. We can’t say enough good things about this house! Location is close enough to everything- stores, food, and close access to the beach. We had a great stay! Thanks Todd & Andrea!

We were completely impressed with everything about this property, from cleanliness to comfort to the quality of the home. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the boats and wildlife from the porch. We hope to return next summer!

Very nice location beautiful home with everything needed for your stay. Our family had a wonderful time. Grandkids 5 and 7 had a great time fishing off the dock catching many fish . Would recommend this property.

My first words walking into the property were "this is GORGEOUS!". The open floor plan home is beautiful.
The bedrooms were all spacious and clean. Beds were beyond comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out or spend time together. View out the back of the waterway was so peaceful. The neighborhood is so quiet! I can't say enough positive things. We loved coming back here after a day at the beach or exploring the area attractions. Grocery store, ice cream, and good restaurants are just a few minutes away. If we come back to Oak Island we will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the owners communication with me before, during and after our vacation. To the location of the home and the beautiful layout. We are a family of 7 and we had enough space for ever to be comfortable. Just a few minutes drive from the beach and walkable if you desire that as well!! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful condo! The kitchen is great, huge, and well designed with plenty of nice dishes and glassware, utensils and all kinds of gadgets. I enjoyed as much time in the kitchen as I did everywhere else. The inviting lower deck was complete with a Weber grill, outdoor furniture, and a porch swing to sit in and enjoy the soft inlet breeze and the sound of cicadas and crickets in the evening. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing off our own pier. We were a very short drive from the beach and grocery store. The place was spacious for my husband, me, our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. The kids loved having a whole bunk bed set each to themselves. The master king bed was very comfortable. The owners checked in with us and kept us informed. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great except no light at pier to fish, the front bedroom was super hot no matter what we did which made that person's rest miserable. The kitchen needs some things added like bowls, can opener, baking pans, and a mixer. There was no air filter in the house which kind of grossed me out, but the property was as clean as a whistle! If these things were vamped we would definitely return!

We loved it here! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We trapped crabs all week off the dock, caught sharks, flounder, puffer fish and a stingray. Quick drive to the beach. Close to a ton of grocery stores and restaurants (highly recommend Bar-B-Que House and Pepperoni Grill- get the double pepperoni double cheese)

VERY nice and comfortable stay
We have been coming to OKI for several years now and really enjoy the island. Tranquil Harbour was perfect for our family. The view is lovely and we enjoyed having access to the ICW for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The kitchen was so well stocked and I was so thankful they had spices and condiments available. We hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful time! The unit had everything we needed and it felt like we were at home. Everything was nice and clean and it was in the perfect location. Love the location the view is amazing. We enjoyed the beach but having the view of the water way and watching the birds and the sailboats was very relaxing. We also got to see dolphin and a deer on the property. We got to use the crab traps and had ourselves some crab for supper. All around a great experience.
