The house was very clean. They are serious about their bathrooms! Heated toilet seats and shower heads that were incredible, are just a few of the bathroom amenities. We felt like we were staying in a plush hotel. The owners provided hotel style toiletries and beautiful towels. The bedding was also a treat, very upscale. We stay in Lake Harmony/Big Boulder many times a year and would love to return to this home. Thank you!!

closer to ski resort, definitely convenient to adventures we are going for

propane tank not refilled. i understand not everyone use it but it would be convenient to grill without having to refill it outselves

The property was great for the weekend. It was in a nice location in reference to other things.

unfortunately I didn’t know there would be construction to the left all weekend and a party on the right.

Spacious and cozy. Exceeded my expectations.

At least half the day on a Saturday, there was construction going on next door with saws, hammering and other noisy equipment.

no AC and never got a refund for that there wasn’t enough towels and no screens in the windows to open them

We loved the house and proximity to places. Quiet and relaxing.

I think the cleaning staff should do a better job, specially un dusting. A trash pan will be very useful for us the the adults to try to swear the floor when we are with kids. But other wise, everything was perfect.

relatively convenient, pool included

The house was really cute, and set up so nice! Everything was there for cooking indoors. People around were courteous and quiet. Coffee pods were a nice touch and was so nice to have in the morning. Deer in the back yard! Having the clubhouse where we could rent boats, fish, have dinner, and swim was fantastic! We had a very nice time with so many fun things in the area to do!

Unfortunately there was no propane or coal for the grill. None if the air conditioners worked well. We cleaned the filters and still didnt blow cold. So it was a bit hot in the bedrooms. I would suggest bringing you own pillows because they were very lumpy.

No Tv in the living room

quiet area except for the grounds keepers in the morning but they were friendly I went to relax and that I did.

absolutely no hand towels and washcloths in the whole house. just bath towels hot tub was not clean ( hairs and mucus in the tub). I didn’t use the entire house only bedroom, bathroom and kitchen down stairs and I left no messes when I left. shouldn’t be charged the 150 plus cleaning fee they tacked on the initial bill. I’m recovering from stage 3 cancer and expected it to be clean and stocked

could have been cleaner, no check out instructions, no TV in living room

the fireplace was amazing.. even though we had to buy our own firewood and clean out the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. There were also games and toys for the kids which was nice.

There were no cleaning supplies - we had to buy our own. There were no toiletries, only 2 dishwasher tablets, no dustpan for the broom and the vacuum was full of hair and other unsightly items. Also, the owner was contacted in regards to the fact that the bathrooms were filthy and other areas of the house were not properly cleaned. We left it cleaner than we found it and it was uncomfortable being in someone’s home with other peoples hair and things in the tub, sink and floor.

I didn't like that I had to call several times to find out where to go..I didn't like that the place had other people garbage under cabinet the towels were stained the cameras stayed on the whole time we was there the dumpsters were locked so trash had to stay inside until Monday also the tub was old very small and when we tried to fill it up white stuff and hair was floating around in the water and then to top it off there was no TV in the living room area..which is very strange

Location was close to lakes and streams

Coffee maker was missing filter tray and the Keurig was missing the insert for disposable cups. Living room had no television but not a big deal

Service. They were very responsive and helpful.

Water wouldn't get hot, but the nice lady told me what to do and it worked.
