It was warm. The roof doesn’t leak. Everything that was supposed to work did so. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

This property is in disrepair and needs a good cleaning. When we arrived I mopped the kitchen floor, laundered the bathroom rug, and vacuumed all the rugs. There are extension cords running everywhere, even under rugs, which I removed. One even shows burnt plastic. We had the local Vacasa rep fix the kitchen sink drain which has been leaking. The photos of the yard show a BBQ and chairs, but this area is unusable due to overgrown vegetation and broken branches. A lot of deferred maintenance and deep cleaning will make this little house what it could be. The stairs are as treacherous as the description implies, I fell and struck my head on the radiator at the foot of the stairs, sustaining severe bruising and a cut.

No instructions for TV, wifi code, trash, maps, events. Most windows did not work, bugs in bathroom. 2 attempts to receive information on entry..yard was a mess
